Made a booking reasonably late in the afternoon whist travelling towards Gisborne. Due to the travel time we arrived after hours. The extent to which Olive, who was looking after the Motel went to, ensuring we would be able to gain access and get looked after was exceptional and we were very appreciative of that. The rooms were very well... More

I did not like the owner he was rude and very forthright in his manner, bordering unacceptable on check in and throughout the stay, the room was alright in size although the cleanliness was not up to scratch

This is the second time we have visited this motel in recent years and it was up to expectations. Clean, spacious and quiet, we find this to be an excellent place to stay in Gisborne. It is not far from the CBD and is easily accessible from Gladstone Road. Very friendly manager and staff

We stayed here one night and found the room large and comfortable. The free wi-fi worked well. We would stay again. The motel is a short walk from town. As we only stayed the one night and have no complaints I haven't much more to add.

We arrived in 32 degrees and the room was all locked up - not a window open - cosy 2 bedroom 'apartment' The bathroom is in much need of a clean and the settee. 2 nights for four $450.00 - other motels alot better and cheaper. On an up tho - the pool area was very well presented and clean... More

This is the best-quality motel I've stayed in, from the linen to the lovely modern bathroom. It's on the city's main road and is very close to the CBD (as well as two supermarkets and a petrol station), but I didn't hear any traffic noise. Most of the units surround a grass lawn with a children's playground and a washing... More

Bathroom had a terrible smell, and we think flies were coming up through drains as we had all windows closed the whole time. People were partying outside until well after 10pm, very noisy, and they even set off fireworks. We felt a bit unsafe. Glass doors and windows were dirty. Would not recommend.

Good size rooms, good lighting in room for working in the evening and facilities all there to make meals, relaxing and sleeping separate and comfortable. Location very good but no road noise. Management were helpful and friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

I Stayed for I night, initially I thought it was dated but soon put that out of my mind the room was spacious, comfortable, a free standing cooker and a fridge. There was a pool on sight which looked really inviting. The site is close to amenities and shops. The bed was very comfortable, I would have stayed longer but... More
