I was made very welcome and felt looked after - a very valued experience. The room was well appointed, comfortable and all the little luxuries provided a special touch. The breakfast provided was more than ample and again a very special way to start the day. Loved Mr Darcy! Thank you

Charming B&B, great breakfast . Marlene and Tony were friendly and helpfull. After a long flight from the Netherlands we were picked up from the airport by Tony. My stay went great, the room was comfy and romantic, and it felt like I owned my little corner in Auckland. Marlene is an absolute star at making you feel welcome but giving you absolute privacy. Breakfast was delicious and Marlene's tips very useful. The location is excellent with lot's of restaurants, shops and a busstop just around the corner....

Myself and my two children were welcomed into this lovely, elegant home. The rooms we had were so comfortable with sumptuous decor and stunning ensuite bathroom (loved the underfloor heating!) Breakfast the next morning was delicious and exquisitely presented by our friendly hosts. What a special experience. Thank you so much.

First class accomodation, room was spotlessly clean & well appointed. Marlene & Tony were perfect hosts, breakfast was outstanding and little extras like evening cheese platter was very appreciated. Requested advice on local activities was knowledgable, helpful and readily forthcoming. Bed & breakfasts don't get much better than this. Stayed February 2011, traveled as a couple

Marlene and Tony were delightful hosts, and really gave us some good tips as to the ground we could reasonably cover in one little week. The B&B itself is homey, and we felt quite welcome in the common area. Breakfasts were the best we had in New Zealand!
