I love how at home you feel. The rooms were beautiful and in keeping with era of the villa. The small touches ie: bath bomb, not just a hairdryer but hairspray as well and to receive a cute key ring showing the Auckland skyline was delightful

This is a fantastic B & B! We stayed here the night before our flight back to the UK and did not want to leave. We stayed in the blue room which was a great size and had an adjoining en suite. The breakfast the following day was unbelievable. A variety of options and all of it delicious! It is...

The picture of the outside of this home is deceiving. It looks small and almost ordinary; nothing wrong with that...just stating my observation. This is what we discovered when we arrived: 1. It was located in a quiet neighborhood about 3km from downtown. 2. The home is on a corner, low traffic, easy parking for a rental car. 3. The...

Eden Park is a great place to stay. Marlene is very friendly, a great welcome and a well stocked refreshments corner. Room was very comfortable and great shower. Breakfast was quite simply excellent. If we could take this B and B with us, we'd very happily stay here throughout our tour of New Zealand. Plenty of choice of places to...

We recently stayed at Eden Park and when it was time to leave we just wanted to take this B&B with us. This wonderful home with its private backyard and very relaxing back porch has been beautifully decorated. We were warmly greeted and refreshments and cake awaited us after our long flight. Our room was very comfortable and had an...

Lovely place to stay. House has been very tastefully converted and the breakfast was AMAZING! Really appreciated the big fluffy towels and the little touches that made the place feel really special. Only stayed the one night but imagine it's easy enough to travel into the city and I'm Marlene would be only too happy to advise.

First place we stayed on arriving in NZ and a lovely welcome to the country. Room was well set up, comfortable bed, owners very friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. Also in a great location with nice walking nearby, easy to get the train to the city and the stadium round the corner.

This was our last B&B in NZ in a quiet neighborhood and yet only a short distance from the city. A 200m walk away is a busstop to town. Everything you might need is available and breakfast gets you through most of the day.

Very nice and personal bed and breakfast, a little outside of the city, in a nice and calm area, that we can recommend to anyone. Bus to city, 10 minutes. The breakfast was the best ever and full of choices. We also got a lot of help and advice in planning our NZ trip. Very helpful hosts!

Really well decorated and cozy rooms, with super comfy beds, a playful dog around the gorgeous garden and one of the best breakfast I've ever tried. Load of different fruits, choices of meals, nice tea and coffee available all the time. Perfect stay for families, friends and whoever who wants to stay in a place feeling like home.
