A wonderful introduction to the friendliness of NZ people. Our hostess couldn't do enough for us and our breakfasts were simply delicious.Just a short walk to the famous Eden Park rugby ground and a 15 minute train ride into the Auckland city centre.

We stayed at Eden Park on our first night of a 3 week trip to New Zealand. Bellwood Avenue is easy to find, just off the SH 1 close to the Eden Park rugby ground. We received such a warm welcome and felt very much at home. Marlene set the standard very high. Breakfast was first class and all the... More

Arriving to Auckland early morning at the 29th of Oktober 2016 after a long flight the hospitality of Marlene and Anthony were the best! There is absolutely nothing to complain about and we can really recommend this place. Thank you again!

I stayed at Eden Park on either end of a recent conference trip in New Zealand--one night on the way in and two nights on the way out. My luggage was lost by the airline on the way in and Marlene was so helpful, recommending nearby shops so that I could pick up a few essentials quickly before I left... More

We have just returned from a 3½ week honeymoon in New Zealand. Our first port of call was Auckland and we were booked into this gorgeous B&B near Mount Eden run by Marlene and Tony. Accommodation and breakfast were everything one could ask for. Easy access via bus or car into the centre of Auckland. Nearby is access to Mt Eden park and also to the rugby ground. There are a number of restaurants within easy walking distance though mostly of a budget nature rather than chic, exclusive and up-market.

We ended our trip to New Zealand in Auckland, and were staying in Eden Park B&B. We stayed in 10 different places during our visit to New Zealand, but this one topped them all.
