We stayed for five nights and have mixed feelings about this hotel with some good and some bad points. The good points were that it was only yards away from where the airport shuttle buses have a stop and that bedding and towels were changed daily. The bad points were that a tower block is being built next door and...

Small room, rather basic. Pictures quite deceiving online. Price could have reflected quality of hotel. Okay for short stop offs in city, but wouldnt pay what theyre asking The view of the sky tower would of been satisfying if not shadowed by building works next door to the hotel that made the obvious racket Cant really blame the hotel for...

The hotel has a good location, but our room was extremely small that we had issues to had the 2 suitcases we had with us open, it was ok clean but not that good. However the price was ok, and for one night is also ok, but i will not take it for longer time.

Stayed for two nights, room is small but does the job for travellers. Staff very friendly, prioritised our room for cleaning, allowing check in 4 hours early with no extra charge! Bed is large, clean room with mini fridge and open wardrobe with hangers. Staff cleaned room everyday. Beautiful view of sky tower and located in the heart of Auckland!...

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights for a conference at AUT nearby. I was pleasantly surprised for the price. Room was small, bed was big. Perfect for a solo traveller. Handy little fridge, open wardrobe (loved it). It only had a shower. House keeping did a great job. Clean towels daily. Little desk and chair in room with...

When booking this room a couple of months ago on wotif, the room looked a lot bigger.....it wasn't. It was a shoebox with a toilet. Not good, the bathroom door hit the toilet. No room to move. The first thing that got me was the horrible cheap fragrance they douse the hotel in. Not good, couldn't wait to open window...

I stayed for 2 nights for hoilday with my friend in November. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and central, close to restaurants, transport and CBD. My favorite part was the bed. It was enough comfortable after all-day sightseeing to offset the small size room. Overall it is a nice place to stay good affordable...

We stayed for 5 nights for a mixed business trip/family holiday. While the staff were not overly friendly they were polite. Dealing with staff about booking details both before our arrival and on checking in was challenging and frustrating. Rooms were very small and basic . The paint was peeling off the walls. However the beds were comfortable and the...

Overall a nice enough place to stay, especially if you plan on being out-and-about and spending minimal time in your hotel room itself. Room was very small and not soundproof at all, we could hear the people next to us talking and coughing very clearly. Room itself was tidy and modern with a good quality and size shower and bed....
