We had an amazing stay at Pakinui Farmstay! Relaxing, comfortable, and an easy drive from Auckland. We stayed in the self-contained unit, which was spacious and very comfortable for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids 7 years old and under). The kids loved playing with the animals and jumping on the trampoline. The owners, Rex and Delwyn,...

I stayed at Pakinui Farm for 3 days, and left feeling refreshed. The place is quiet and surrounded by green pasture. I saw the sun setting from the verandah, the lunar eclipse on 5 Apr and sky full of stars. If you have a car, there are a few weekend farmers markets closeby that you could visit. I went to...

Had the best time at the farm stay. Rex and Delwyn are the perfect hosts, and the farm is the perfect getaway if you are a city dweller with kids. My 3 year old had the best time- riding the miniature horses, bottle feeding the lamb, feeding the chickens, and meeting the pigs and alpacas. The trampoline in the garden...

Wonderful breakfast and facilities. Love the animals and the trampoline! They love the alpacas, horses, chickens and sheep! The house is very clean and the owners are really nice. Everything was clean and tidy and the view was extraordinary. The environment was very peaceful and cozy and we certainly had a great time. First time to New Zealand and this...

It's a very comfortable stay. The kids are having lots of fun with the trampoline and the animals. The alpacas are very cute yet do not like to be touched. The owners are very nice too! very cozy and it's also only a short distance to auckland town. We love the great breakfast, particularly the hash brown and bacon, and...

We really enjoyed our stay here. The trampoline and all the farm animals (sheep, pigs, llama, ponies, chickens) were lots of fun for the kids. The house was very comfortable and private, and the owners let us use their kitchen to warm up our dinner and eat on their outside deck. They also had a mini-fridge where we could store...

We had a wonderful afternoon/night staying at Pakinui Gardens Farmstay when we went to a wedding at a nearby Vineyard. There were 6 family members – some sisters who had not seen each other for 2 years – so there was much frivolity and celebrating when we arrived at 2.00pm in the afternoon! Rex and Delwyn made us feel so...
