Expected something a higher quality for location and price within Auckland. The room was a little small, and had no table / chair. Bathroom needed an exhaust fan to clear room of steam from shower - which then made rest of room humid.

Rooms are comfortable and give you a good place to walk around the city in. Some of the neighbours can be a bit rowdy on a Saturday night. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would stay again. Easy stroll to the via duct or shopping district.

Great inner-city location spoiled by construction of rail link and detours that make getting to the nearby CBD almost impossible by car and a bit of a mission on foot. The hotel itself however makes up for this with luxury and excellent facilities.

Great service with spacious room. Good value and location. I would recommend this property which is clean, spacious and close to Civic Theatre for the show we were in Auckland for. As we were from out of town the parking was important.

Location was excellent, we spent a lot of time wandering around the city and the hotel was close to everything. Thw staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Bathroom could do with a renovation. Facilities in room were great, the stovetop would be handy if we were staying longer.

Downtown location was OK but not ideal. Room was spacious but bed extremely uncomfortable and shower in bathroom leaked excessively - clearly not a new issue as there were signs of previous water damage everywhere. Had to find parking off-site as their parkade was full when I arrived late at night - their website does note to call ahead to...

Had a very enjoyable stay. Don't bother with Breakfast. it was poor for the price. If its included in your room rate take it. The internet was substandard and required downloading that was firewalled by business computers

We stayed for 2 nights in a Harbour View 1 bedroom suite. I was a little nervous about staying here having read the reviews, however we were pleasantly surprised. I honestly think it depends on the type of room you book. Our room was clean and modern, with spectacular views and a great kitchenette with oven, hobs, dishwasher drawer and...
