We stayed for 4 nights and we absolutely loved it. The location is perfect, their rooms are very large, modern and clean. Their bar and restaurant are very good. Service at the reception is very fast and professional. Definitely recommended!

I always stay at the Grand Mercure whilst in Auckland as the staff are friendly and efficient, with nothing being too much trouble. I received an upgrade on arrival. I had been to a friend's wedding and arrived fairly late in the evening but the welcome was still as good as

This is an amazing place. When we arrived from Los Angeles, it was early ion the morning, before check in time. The staff checked our bags and offered us a modified breakfast and a place to crash while our rooms were prepared for us. The location is perfect - close to the

The room was clean and quiet, the bed was super comfortable and a great selection of pillows. It's central to everything. There are great views from the restaurant and the food was delicious. The staff are amazing and knowledgeable.

Do you allow early check in as our flight reaches in the morning
You can request early check in like any other hotel but it’s not guaranteed. To guarantee it you would either have to seenif it’s possible by paying a fee or securing the room from the night before and paying for that night as well.

Is parking available? Does the hotel has a drop off point to offload luggage?
In front of the hotel is the drop off point and you can do that with the assistance of the hotel concierge. There is parking although I didn’t use it. From what other reviewers have posted it’s expensive. Might be worth checking with the hotel on what the cost is and then checking around if there is a prepay parking option that’s cheaper.
