Quest serviced apartments (363 Queen Street, Auckland), while a little on the old side, were clean, well appointed and contained not only a small kitchen but also washing machine and clothes dryer. Good breakfast, helpful staff and good location.

Room was ok. Good facilities with kitchen, laundry ameneties. Room to be fair was a little small and bathroom was a lot smaller than what you would find in a hotel. Staff were friendly and room serviced daily.

Walking back from the city centre to quest is defiantly a work out for the calf muscles, so taxi is a must for the elderly, make sure when you book you check out the rooms with the bigger balconys, the smaller balconys are seriously tiny, only one person can stand there at a time!! Other then that it's not a...

Found this place after a rather bad experience round the corner. Standing on the street wondering what to do, walked in and everything fell into place. Greg the franchise owner and Kate the restaurant manager made us feel at home and somewhat special. Thanks we will return

An ideal place to stay with easy access to everything even on Christmas day when most of the places were closed. (We still could find some place for dinner nearby.) Rooms are a bit worn but clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast packs were a great surplus especially during the festive holiday. The guy at the reception was nice and friendly....

Great place to stay if you want a little bit of luxury without the high cost. Clean and convenient and the staff are lovely. Very accommodating to larger groups like ours and the food in the restaurant was good. Only thing I can recommend is that they provide ear plugs due to the noise on the street - especially if...

Great location, on Queen street, few steps away from the Townhall and Square. Free laundry dryer facility in every unit. Free breakfast, written as either in room service or continental choice at bar but turned out both provided. Parking at nzd 20 but conveniently at its basement with lift directly to room level. Although no free wifi but hotel provided...

Ideal hotel for a few days while in Auckland. Very reasonably priced for a central location and rooms have great views over park. Continental breakfast included with room rate was perfectly adequate. All in all would come again!
