Very good value location in the heart of Auckland CBD for the budget constrained business traveler. Staff were both friendly and helpful. Close proximity to a supermarket and small kitchen in the room provides an alternative to eating out, but there are also plenty of restaurants close by as well.

We stopped for 2 nights before flying to the US. Check in was quick, efficient and helpful. The car park is extremely narrow and tight and we were worried we might scrape our car (but didn't). We had a one bedroom apartment with a baby in the living room and our own separate bedroom, which worked very well. There was...

The location of the hotel was excellent, as you're a 5 minute walk from the main shops on Queen street. There was a lovely park behind, and the view from the hotel was pretty decent. The service from the hotel was average. All the staff were very friendly apart from the male receptionist who came across cold and unhappy. And...

Centrally located, comfortable rooms, good shower and other facilities. Just what's needed for an overnight stay in the city on business. Airport bus goes past the door if you want to avoid taxi fares. Approx $18 airport to city.

We stayed in a studio apartment overlooking the park and found the room to be clean and spacious. Great amenities, we particularly found the washer and dryer to be useful. Kitchen area was compact but workable. The breakfast pack (cereal packs, bread to toast etc) in the room was helpful on the days when we were heading out before the...

We stayed in these apartments about 5 years ago. It does appear that not much has changed. Our apartment was on a high floor and was clean/tidy but the main living room and bathroom could do with a refresh. On this occasion the Quest allowed us to check in a bit earlier than normal which was a nice gesture and...

Stayed one night, room was compact but comfortable (except for a very weird chemical smell). Unfortunately I had a room that was on the 6th floor (which is really only the first or second floor off Queen Street), the room had a balcony that overlooked Queen Street. Very noisy. Colleagues had rooms that over-looked the park and had much better...

Centrally located, clean rooms with plenty of hot water, parking, and very friendly and helpful staff, make this hotel a reasonable choice. You can pay quite a bit more and be closer to the harbor if you want.
