The spacious 1-bedroom apartment met our needs well. It was great to have the balcony with table and chairs as well as the washer and dryer. The location is convenient to the waterfront as well as downtown. However, access was affected by the transit construction that was going on.

A Sebel staff rang to confirm my arrival on the 3rd and advised me about the road construction that was happening in front of the hotel, which was very helpful as it's good to know what to expect when you get there. The receptionist on our arrival, Kim, was very pleasant and helped us store our luggage while the room...

This was our second stay at Sebel Quay West and we looked forward to returning. Our large one bedroom suite included a small kitchen, dining area and laundry room. It was very comfortable, with a view of the harbour, and generally well maintained, although some of the wooden furniture had scuff marks which really required attention or replacement. The staff...

Apt very spacious, beautiful view but furniture needs to be replaced badly! Sofa sagged in the middle (sofa bed) dining room chairs badly stained, TV cabinet door smashed in. Kitchen is equipped with what one needs except things like paper towels or napkins. No TV in second bedroom. Beds were comfy, thank goodness. House keeping was very good. Road is...

The units are very big and well located near the sea, but the property need to be refurbished urgently (very old apartments, stains on the carpet, broken tiles..) our unit was not clean, the toilets were disgusting, this is not acceptable for this level of prices.( it's not a 4 or 5 stars...maybe 3 stars)

We were lucky enough to have a higher floor looking out towards the harbour, loved it. The room was a two bedroom apartment and although it has everything it is starting to look a little tired. One thing I missed in the room was the book that explained all the times/facilities etc of the place. Also missing was the book...

I stayed at The Sebel Quay West Auckland for only one night. My flight landed very early and I wasn't expecting my room to be ready before 11am. I felt very welcomed at the reception where they provided me with some water, wi-fi and kept my bags so I could go somewhere while waiting for my room. My room was...

This was our first hotel on a 4 week trip to New Zealand travelling with 2 couples. The apartment was large with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for us. We were there for 3 nights. We are a family of four, and we stayed in a one-bedroom apartment. We should have found a place that had two+ proper beds instead, because the sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable. We ended up taking the mattress off of the frame and putting it on the floor. Aside from that, the room was pretty good. The bedroom was a...
