We arrived at the property on Friday afternoon at 5:15 pm. Our check in was very pleasant with a lovely cheerful greeting from check in staff. We had excellent help with bags and our car. Our room was lovely (room 2204) with a separate bedroom, bathroom lounge area and a full kitchen with laundry facilities. It was spotless and the...

The location of this hotel is excellent in the middle of Queen Street. I was upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment (presumably since they were full). While it was way too large for me as I was travelling by myself for business, for families or groups this would be perfect. Each bedroom is a double with a huge lounge/dining area....

Walk down and there you are, right in the middle of Auckland City. There's a chinese restaurant and small mini market next to the hotel if you are lazy to walk far when you arrive. Otherwise, room service is available. The valet parking cost 40 dollars and its located at the back of the hotel, so on your GPS, use...

Had a lovely break away from home. After reading reviews about being on a higher floor - was very happy that request was received and we were on the 21st floor. The suite was spacious with adjoining bedroom for the teenagers. The staff couldn't be more helpful and obliging. Will definitely visit again.

Only there for 1 night but our stay was very nice. Clean and tidy up market rooms with everything you need. Very friendly staff. Considering where it is (in the heart of Auckland) very quiet. Would totally recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Auckland.

Citylife is a nice enough hotel, in a great location with friendly staff. We stayed at this hotel over the weekend and really enjoyed the close proximity to everything you are wanting to see or do.
