City centre location can cause some access problems, valet parking but does come at a cost. Staff were friendly and courteous. Rooms were well sized, comfortable, especially bed and pillows also well equipped. Free wi--fi . We were there on weekend and there was an amount of street noise

Booked a 2 Bedroom Apartment for my family. Apartment was nice and clean, large windows with sliding doors. Kid friendly and location was close to shops and our teenagers came and go without any problems. Pool wasn’t heated but my 6yr old enjoyed his swim. Staff at reception was very polite and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

We booked the 3 bedroom suit for a group of friends to stay at after going to the shaleshifter gig at spark arena. The rooms were huge, very handy to the venue and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

Very friendly staff, room was very clean and tidy. Will definitely stay again. Looking to stay longer and bring the rest of the family with us for a holiday... will definitely buy a bathrobe next time as well maybe two.....😁 My only down fall was I should have asked for a firmer bed as ended up with a sore back , other then that no complaints.. Thank you for the BEAUTIFUL stay...

The location of this hotel is the best, right in the heart of Queen Street. It is so close to the Civic Theatre if you are going to a show and out of town. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was of a good size and the bed was very comfortable.

Great location, right in the middle off Queens st. Check in was easy and Staff on check in were amazing. I thought I had booked a twin room but it wasn’t a problem. House keeping were straight up to separate the beds asi was travelling with my adult daughter. Extremely helpful . Rooms have been updated with new bathrooms and the beds were really comfortable. We will certainly stay here again.

Rooms are well appointed for an overnight business stay. I unfortunately caught the hotel when the hot water system failed so no showers were available in the morning. The night manager was not able to find a solution or even suggest maybe going down the road for a coffee while it was getting fixed. Not even an offer of a discount on the next stay. Reality was "tough the system is broken" . "have you tried standing under the water to see if any warm water remains in the system"
