Hi Hilton Auckland I met with friends at the Bellini Bar on Sat 18 June for a wonderful catch-up before flying back to London. It truly is the perfect spot for atmosphere (cosy with fires and soft lighting), drinks, snacks and enjoying those magnificent harbour views! Thanks so much to the team who looked after us that evening. Bellini Bar is my firm favourite and I'll be back! 🙂🙌
We regularly stay at this great venue, when possible. Our stay is usually two nights each visit. The Reception and Concierge Staff as well as the Bellini Bar and FISH Restaurant Staff are truly delightful and welcome us warmly. We enjoy the full breakfast as well as a pre dinner drink in the Bellini Bar and dinner in the FISH Restaurant when it is open.
Hilton Auckland CBD, not stayed here for many years. I’m pleased to report that it’s maintained high standards, of what you’d expect from a luxury hotel. From helping you in with your bags, to easy check in. This hotel has a wonderful entrance way, several open fires, a well stocked bar, restaurant and coffee that just makes you smile. Our room was a harbour view and it was SPECTACULAR, just gloriously beautiful. Our first night we left our curtains open as the dusk, then night rolled in the city lights came on, breathtakingly stunning. We had a king sized bedroom lots of space bathroom separate bath shower nice and spacious. What I thought was a genius of an idea, they offered you a $25 tab if you didn’t have your room serviced, extra coffees or a wine 🍷. We were treated so well it was just wonderful. Plus they have a good size gym and an outdoor pool. I highly recommend x10. And a massive thank you Hilton for maintaining such high standards.…
We checked in late after arriving from the US. All the usual services were in play, and we awoke to a beautiful iew of Auckland harbor. The breakfast was special because t focused on healthy options, including some from the sea! After a side-trip to Wellington, we returned and the same staff greeted us like old friends. The restaurant FISH was superb (2nd floor), as was the Belini Bar on the 1st floor.
High Tea at Bellini is an experience not to be missed. The food was exceptional, the wait staff highly professional and accommodating, the location picturesque. We have experienced many High Teas in Auckland and Bellini is by far the best.
The location and view was spectacular. Great hotel for your first visit and future visits. Will definitely be coming back here. Also coming from Australia, coffee is a must and the coffee served in the bar was a highlight!
Looking for the best place to lay your head in Auckland? You have found it. Rooms, restaurants and bars with stunning harbour views and service to match. A special thank you to Summer the concierge who arranged the many meal bookings we had during our stay, Stephen for patiently helping me with what turned out to be a complex process to print out the required documents for our return to Australia and the super helpful staff at FISH who helped us entertain our incoming family from all parts of the North Island. So very happy we chose to stay here and won't consider anywhere else when we return.
Great service from check in to check out. Ladies at the breakfast and the guys at the valet parking were attentive and helpful. Nice city and harbour views from corner room. Room upgrade was great. Recommend
We celebrated our son’s 14th birthday with his friends here. My husband and I had a connecting room with them. Rooms were clean, had a nice view. Service was lovely. Steven & Summer from the front desk/concierge team were amazing and went above and beyond on our requests leaving chocolates & balloons, thank you! A special acknowledgement for Steven as he was great to deal with, friendly, professional, very customer focused. We were accidentally over charged on checkout, twice for valet and internet although we’re honours member but that was easily cleared up at reception, no hassle. Overall we enjoyed our stay :)
Incredible staff - honestly - such a joy to see staff so professional, attentive and yet friendly - from Bell boy - front desk, FISH restaurant, housekeeping and as you pass random staff they make an effort to say hello or welcome back. Views overlooking harbor are spectacular - we didn't find the boats noisy at all. Corner suite has large bath which is lovely. Walking distance to many many restaurants, seafood, Italian, oyster bar, Crab Shack - chemist/pharmacy for medication as required etc. Running and bike tracks. Plus many scooter rentals in Auckland city. Right next to ferries that do day trips or back to other parts of the harbor. Friday night they had Champagne and Opera - two Opera singers were incredible and made for a lively atmosphere in the bar lounge. Mini bar had drinks and snacks. Complimentary Chocolates local Hand made and two bottles of water. The tea pot and cups just luxurious with Dilmah Exceptional tea bags. Expresso coffee pods also in the room. Well thought out power points and charging USB ports - bring your adaptor if you have C port. We had to change bookings due to business meetings and front desk was very helpful and managed all our requests. Stunning stay with such a good atmosphere and vibe. Thank you.…
