I don’t Imagine I will ever be back. Terrible smell in the room . Stayed for a week and room was never serviced. Had to ask everyday for towels etc . Shame this isn’t reflected in the price. Basically a fancy backpackers . I put my sign out each day to no avail. Excuse was the housekeeper said someone was sleeping … I doubt it as I was out before 7.30 am each day.

My husband stayed here once by chance and now it has become the place he stays most weeks, Large, clean, quiet rooms, equipped with everything you could need, coffee machine, microwave, big screen tv, the comfiest bed and a huge bathroom with a good shower. But the best thing by far are the staff, from the friendly welcome and attentive service, you couldn’t ask for more, little touches like remembering your names, means a lot…. Have to give a special mention to Pawan, it’s just like a friend greeting you, a genuine friendly welcome back every time, makes you feel like you are home. Thanks Pawan!

The room and bathroom are extremely clean and spacious, along with the other amenities being more than exceptional as well. The location is also perfect for access to the CBD area, as well as a Countdown and new cafe right across the street. But more than that, the staff (especially the Assistant Hotel Manager :) ) are all so lovely and truly provide the best experience all around. Their kindness and willingness to prioritise your needs is more than you could ask for, and I am ever so grateful to be staying at Imagine.

I stayed in a executive room for business in August, the rooms were extremely clean, tidy and spacious. Very comfortable bed and very quiet especially being on a busy main road. Close to everything you need in the city, it was a pleasure to stay and look forward to returning.

I stayed in a Executive Studio for two nights with my wife and four month old little girl. Check in was a breeze and the lobby is spacious and always had someone available to help should we require any assistance. The room had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was luxurious and ensured a great nights sleep on both nights. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Although, the property is located on a busy main road, the rooms were very quiet with very little noise being heard from the street which was ideal with having a little one with us. A short 10min stroll puts you at the bottom of Queen Street and the Commercial Bay area with plenty of shopping and dining options available. Overall a fantastic stay, we highly recommend and look forward to our next stay!
