Stayed here for 2 nights upon arriving in New Zealand. The hotel is well situated in the heart of the city and close to all tourist attractions. A walk outside the hotel takes you to eateries, convenience stores, Skytower and shopping alleys. Rooms are well made. Service levels were upto the mark and the breakfast was a decent spread.

Stayed at this very nice hotel for one night before collecting our motorhome and it was fine for this purpose. The main shopping (Queen Street) and harbour area with bars and restaurants are an easy walk from this hotel. Very presentable and comfortable rooms as would be expected in an establishment such as this. All the floors, except the first...

Had a gr8 stay on the 12th floor. Staff very friendly & well presented. Stayed in an awesome suite in a two level room. Two bedrooms upstairs one had ensuite toilet, the other bedroom was beside main bathroom with shower & toilet. Not a massive space but it worked really well with my galpal & I as we both like...

This was our first day in new zealand and coming to this place just made us feel so comfortable. The advantage is the location, so near to the sky tower and the riverfront. Also, there is a convenience store bang opposite for all routine stuff. The staff at the reception was extremely courteous and guided us through the city. We...

Room contained a massive machine which pretended to be an air conditioner, too noisy to run in the humid Auckland nights. Also, a teaspoon in the room had some foodstuffs still stuck to it! Even after the room had been cleaned they'd left that same spoon put back in its place still not cleaned. Yuk! Never coming back here.

This was going to be our base in and out of Auckland for our trip. So all in all we were here for 3 nights. First night we got bumped to the Best Western President Hotel and that was cheaper and better than this place. The second night we were place in a room fitted for a person with a...

The rooms and service were fine, hotel location good, except all rooms are air conditioned with portable units (floor models with exhaust hoses connected to openings in the interior walls of the rooms). The unit in our first room leaked on to the carpet. Then we were relocated to another room, but the intense heat radiating off the exhaust hose...

Friiends and I stayed two nights and had a great stay. Affordable, spacious, attentive management service. Our housing was to accommodate three persons and we were given a Deluxe Suite; which was actually more along the lines of a duplex living arrangement. Accommodations were clean and centrally located, within walking distance of Auckland's Sky Tower and downtown strip. The street...

This hotel has a great location close to Sky City and maybe 15 min. walk to the harbour. Our room was okay - two regular sized beds were pushed together to make it seem like a bigger bed, but really just had the annoying part down the middle. The TV was constantly static and the room was HOT. Hotter than...
