Its summer and there is no air conditioner from 7am to 7pm. Super hot and not convinience for us. The hostel looks a little old and. The only thing that you can consider is the location. Located near to everything. Overall a good experience to stay in this hostel once in a lifetime.

There are no words to describe how filthy this place is. The toilets, showers, rooms and common areas do not appear to receive any cleaning or attention from staff. There is a kitchen, TV lounge and Pool, none of which were even marginally clean. It was nearly 40c/100f and no fan and no cooling until 8pm, when a blower came...

This hostel offers good value for money, but is looking a little tired in places. I stayed in a single room (approx $30 pn). The room itself is small but functional (bed, desk, chair, locker in lieu of wardrobe, no mirror, no drawers, no en suite). However, I don't want to be encouraged to spend time alone in my room!...

I stayed here with a work colleague in a private/double room whilst visiting Perth for a conference and was super pleased with the place. Not the flashiest digs out there, but terrific value for money and QUIET. Call me a sad sack but I'm not into being kept awake all night and this place was so chill and so very...

The hotel was good with facilities and even cheaper. The rooms quite clean but in shared toilets. The location nearby a market for grocery, muslim food and car rent shop. The hotel price was reasonable and also located nearby Perth City.

at least it is within the walking distance to Murray Street (for me), near the car rental provider, and the bus stop. the inconsistent wifi connection, where i need to key in the wifi password everyday during our stay here.

I stayed there for 4 nights. Decent location, quiet in the evening. Groceries and restaurants next door. Free bus stop (red cat) is is nearby too. For Muslim travelers, halal Kebab Restaurant is somewhere within walking distance. Room wise, spacious enough, with attached bathroom (there are shared bathroom too), however no toilets available ensuite, but hey...you are not sleeping in...

I was staying at Hay Street Traveller's Inn for 3 nights. It was an Okay hostel in a good location surrounded by restaurants and grocery stores, with the free bus stop at the opposite, very convenient to travel to CBD. The service itself was good, the receptionists were nice and helpful. The room itself, however, was dirty with dust and...

It does what it says on the tin. Cheap accommodation close enough to the centre. The room was clean and although we didn't use the kitchen, it seemed OK. The room was a bit dated and when booking to have our own bathroom I would have expected a toilet. For the price it was definitely suitable for a short term...
