Convenient for business trips, being in the centre of the city. Not good for a romantic getaway or views. Food from room service was great. But only 1 robe in the room and not a great deal of privacy.

This visit to the pleasant city of Perth was for business in the CBD. Normally I would stay a little further out in East or West Perth or between the CBD and the Airport. Glad I chose the Adina Apartments although as it was a pleasant stay. New, comfortable and spacious, this tricked all the boxes for me. I will...

2 singles is not a king bed. Especially when one is clearly more used and has a different level to the other. Also, when someone asks not to fold or staple the invoice so they can scan it with their phone immediately it would be nice to listen to them, not just ignore them.

Dear 449businesstraveller - Thank you for your email and my apologies that your stay did not meet your expectations. We were very lucky to have brand new beds installed in the hotel in late August meaning that our beds are only just 10 weeks old so I am surprised to hear that they were not comfortable! Please feel free to...

This apartment hotel site was very average for me. The restaurant I felt was extremely over priced for the food provided. Difficulty in accessing 'free wi fi' every day, bathroom door not able to stay open automatically & room key did not allow free access into car park daily

A colleague of mine booked the Adina because it was close to the venue we were facilitating a workshop at. Close, as in, we arrived and the Convention Centre was 50m away across the square. Short walk to the Perth CBD, short lovely walk down to the Esplanade and waterfront. There was a full sized fridge and fully-kitted kitchen -...

Dear imanxe - Thank you so much for your review! We completely agree that having a separate lounge and bedroom makes a huge difference to a stay away from home, allowing for much more space than a traditional hotel style room! Hopefully you were with us in the last week when the Perth weather has (finally!) started to warm up...

Why just have a small hotel room, when you can have a lovely apartment with all the amenities, for the same price. Our apartment was well equipped, nicely furnished and conveniently located next to the convention centre, a few steps from the city and refreshing walks along the beautiful Swan River. The staff were warm and welcoming and helpful with...

Nice big room with plenty of amenities. Parking was an additional expense. Got some noise from room being over the bus port driveway. Room was supposed to be Non Smoking but there was an ash tray on balcony, they wanted to charge an additional $50 to get into room 1hr early.

All looked good upon arrival to the hotel, a warm welcome at reception, a simple checkin process. Was a little disappointing to find out on arrival that parking was $30 per day, when our hire car was only $25 per day. (I'll remember to always ask about parking when booking hotels next time) Headed up to our room, wasn't looking...

Lovely staff, however a very big shame about the damaged, tacky, outdated, very smelly old rooms. No noise with a balcony, but the smell of fridge and room, a dripping toilet, did not allow for sleep anyway. Being used to 5 star or even 4 star this I would not rate a 2 for quality of building/accommodation/amenity. Close to convention,...
