If you want to stay somewhere which has excellent service and create a memorable experience, Fraser Suites is the place to go. Located a comfortable walk just outside the city, the views from the rooms are spectacular. The rooms are very generous in size, very clean and the staff provide fantastic service.

Good location and not hard to find street parking. We had a two bed room unit, the only problem is we need two sets of card to enter each room. Other than that staffs are friendly and rooms good size and clean.

Room was fine, bed was comfy, staff were mostly competent, water was tepid. Perhaps its too much to expect one of the supposedly better hotels in Perth to have hot water. Didn't matter whether it was morning, afternoon or 2am the shower was luke warm at best. This was the second consecutive time I have had unacceptable water temperature at...

Excellent hotel, located within walking distance of all amenities. Also has a free bus service which stops outside hotel if you prefer to ride. Spacious, beautiful rooms which are self contained, with free WiFi. Beautiful pool and gym facilities. Thoroughly enjoyed the welcome given to us during our stay.

My Room on the top floor, the carpet was extremely dirty, real big dirt marks, cracks in the wall. The bath room is nice and big. An overpriced placed, in central location. Would recommend to look at other possibilities in the same street, cheaper and better.

Fraser Suits is modern, reception is pleasant and most professional the 2 bedroom apartment we had was very comfortable. We only stayed a night before returning home and it was a good finish to a largely wonderful holiday in Western Australia. On our wish list though is that the heated pool could really be warmer. As it is, it wasn't comfortable...

Our only regret is that we only booked for one night. Couldn't fault the quality of the suite - and a fantastic view over the Swan river to boot. Slightly out of the action in East Perth but a free bus right outside the door takes you to most places you want to go if you don't want to walk...

Restaurant food was good quality, dinner food was also very nice. The Pete Evans menu was much better...

Looking for something quieter than the old run down Burswood Casino and I have found it at this place. Rooms are good and had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and was happily surprised. For a travelling business man that goes early and returns late perfect. Will be back
