"You get what you pay for" is an adage which applies here. Clean but cheap and dated. Nothing special. My biggest beef was that the bed was quite uncomfortable. But suited the purpose. Was worried about not getting a parking spot when we returned after an evening out, but there was one left.

One night weekend stay. Really only needed a bed after night out. Room was clean, clean enough for my fastidious partner ! Everything in it we needed, and comfy. Will use again. Having written enough, I find I am 23 characters short. There, done!

A little dated but clean and tidy, excellent value and the location is ist in the edge of central. I use this place as an overnights when I come in for the footy. The cat bus is a block away 5 mins to train and straight to Subi. Restaurant is good and I liked the vibe quite and relaxed. Staff...

Room is clean and comfortable in general. I was given a bigger room I think but it is close to the laundry room so it's quite noisy at night. Also downstair is a restaurant so a bit noisy. The motel got a designated smoking area near the centre of the carpark but actually you can smell all around the carpark...

Bottle-shop next door (what more can you want!!) Swimming pool which is essential in Perth this time of year. Definitely will stay again when I need to be...

Ideal location, however management's disregard for guests quickly became apparent, with renovations taking place overhead, had no concessions or notification, but for the rude awakening in the mornings of banging and sawing, which would cease in the evening only for rowdy guests, to break the silent. Parking is a joke with staff vehicles and work vehicles taking up the limited...

Good location for the free buses into town and brilliant that it has free parking! Friendly helpful staff, free WIFI.. just ask for the code. Little pool for a cool down. All in all a great place for the price in Perth and not too far to walk back from the city if the free buses have finished. Which they...

We have just spent a week here while my husband was in hospital. The free parking is brilliant and free Cat buses readily available. The pool is very well kept and perfect for a refreshing dip. The bed is very comfortable with lots of good pillows. The room is spacious and clean with enough kitchen equipment and a microwave. The...

No complaints at all, rooms were clean and comfortable. Close to the Royal if you want a pub. We ate at the restaurant on site and the service was exceptional. When we flew back in from overseas the late night check in was easy. For the price you pay (which is good) you can't complain

Room was a great size very neat and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Located very close to free city cats into the Perth CBD and a great park across the road. It was easy to find and has locked off street parking. Has a great restaurant if you don't feel like going out for dinner and they also offer...
