If you are looking for a big, flashy 5 star city hotel, then this is not for you. Riverview on Mount St is quirky; yet comfortable, well located and reasonably priced. The studio apartments are compact with kitchen facilities. The bathroom is small, but the shower is spacious and the towels (changed every 2nd day) the softest I have ever...

Old motel style reception only open 7am to 7pm no room service wifi so slow unusable, noisy , not very secure, not good value for money wouldn't stay or recommend to anyone again . Windows didn't seal properly, noise from adjacent freeway, car park intrusive till 1 am mid week just not worth it

This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Perth. It is a great location, you can easily walk to the CBD, to Kings Park or the river, all within 5 minutes. The building looks like it was built in the 1960's, but it has had a major refurbishment since. The rooms are tastefully decorated and are sufficiently...

Stay here regularly on business and pleasure in Perth. 3 min walk to CBD, 5 min walk to Kings Park, the best Breakfast cafe in the area, spacious rooms and a homely atmosphere, all nestled in a tree lined street. Good view on the road side too. Recomend for international or domestic visitors! Far nicer than the big chain hotels

I spent a couple of nights on a business trip. The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. Town is just a short walk away. Convenient parking. Lovely little restaurant. The rooms are spacious and well furnished - even the kitchen is kitted out quite nicely.

Pros: I liked the hotel location - like many have pointed out, it's about 10 minutes walk to the city centre. Also quite close to Kings Park and Esplanade bus station. Some of the reviews mention that the noise level is high. There is some traffic noise, but it wasn't too bad for me (I was in the 3rd floor). They...

Very nice & helpful staff. You can park your vehicle at their carpark. There is even a place for you to keep your luggages. Ambience of the place is inviting and make you feel at home. There's a small kitchen in the room, so you can cook anything you want and anytime. Very clean and everything look amazing. If at...

I stayed on the top floor at the back of he property. It is well located. Street parking and ample onsite parking. Parking would be a bit of a squeeze if you have a large vehicle. I love it's quirkiness. Furnished with clever 'designer' items. I had a wonderful private balcony with views of the city. Kitchenette. Bathroom was poky...

I stay in a lot of hotels and this isn't a bad hotel, just a little quirky and well located if you want a short walk to the CBD or Kings Park. Rooms are moderately clean and present as well as they can for an old building with a make over of sorts. I stayed in the back section level...
