This is a basic hotel with nothing to shout about. Basic amnesties are available inside and staff are friendly and helpful, same as any other hotels. However, transport is just a few minutes walk down the street - which is good. You can also walk to beautiful St Mary's Cathedral, Elizabeth Quay or CBD of the weather is suitable and...

We stayed four nights in an Executive Suite. The place was chosen as the base of our Perth exploration mainly because it is on the bus routes we needed, and the price for the Executive Room was attractive then. The bus 380 from Perth Airport T1 stops right across the road after about 15 minutes of travel time. It costs...

Stayed here for a night after a late arrival from overseas. Staff member was friendly considering the 1:30am check in. Forgot the cot that we requested, but was soon delivered. Otherwise room was nice a big with sitting area separate, handy to have when you have a baby with you. Bed a bit small for me, I'm used king size...

Stayed in this hotel when I visited Perth for a week. I got one of the newly renovated rooms at that time and I was impressed. The location of the hotel was quite convenient being withing the city centre and the room was quite spacious. Being a newly renovated room, it was clean and very presentable. The reception staff was...

Yes, this hotel is basic, very basic. It was not a disaster, just a cheap money-maker for the owner. It is cheap, if price is your major criterion. Yes, it is cleaned daily; no the carpets have not been replaced since Bob Hawke was PM [1980's, for non-Aussies]. Twin beds, not a king or queen, not what I ordered. A...

We found accommodation in WA very expensive but with this hotel, you get what you paid for. Previous reviews mention this hotel is old and out of date and in some parts of the hotel it does show its age compared to newer hotel but it was still clean, tidy, comfortable and with good customer service. Our room was a...

Staff friendly, professional and very helpful. Phone charger left in room at end of first stay returned at check in on second stay. Rapid response to Taxi request with assistance for disabled. More grab rails for shower and toilet would have been useful but we did not request room with facilities for disabled so not sure if such rooms exist.

Stayed here on business. Very central location in CBD. For the price it's surprisingly ok. Good size rooms, quite clean (but very tired and dated). Old stains on floors and very small TV. Main issue was that the room was very dark (terrible lighting so was hard to work). Parking behind the hotel (first in best dressed) for $12. Very...
