I stayed here for 4 nights for work. Let's start with the pros - good location, a block away from Hay st mall and major shopping centre in Perth. Also a supermarket across the road and few shops down. Got a queen size room (which also had a single bed in it) Room 617. I found the reception staff very...

Not happy in this room and because t7he hotel is full, it is partly renovated but if you like seventies decor this the place for you as long as you don't mind the appalling stains. It is central though but loads of building work going on which is good for Perth, visit the waterfront and fantastic bars in the main...

Good: Location is central to the city, and is accessible to many local attractions. Good: The use of washing machine. We stayed for nearly a week as a family, so it was essential and was extremely helpful that we got to do the laundry there. The receptionist was very helpful in explaining to us how to use the laundry and...

Approached the hotel and more specifically the reception to request a room. Was informed by Justin at reception that none were available but then on another website was offered a booking. This Justin was unapproachable and judgemental. I'd try to explain I needed a room and was constantly denied by this doughnut. Avoid at all cost due to their appalling...

Hotel is located in the city, easy walks to shopping and to the Ferry, looks a bit dark inside, and did not give a welcome feeling. Staff was nice and helpful. Room on the front was ok, room at the back overlooks the parking garage!!

I was on a business trip and had to stay in Perth... I have been to lots of place, but this hotel should not rent rooms. Absolutely shocking old and dirty, nothing like the pictures posted online. Anyway, stay away the Kings Perth Hotel!!

found this hotel to be not to bad for a low priced hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and the beds were nice and comfortable. Booked parking in the adjoining kings carpark which was also fair priced per night. Would stay there again.

Curtains stained. Glases not clean! After washing one and using ivernite, found it replaced in originsl spot upside down but with stains on it from the drink...

Let's just say it us old...very old. However it is in a super location, very clean and reasonable value for money. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I needed the room to be cooler. As temperature is not controlled per room they suggested a fan which they supplied and it this solved my overheating problem. I is well overdue...

Was in winter. No heating in foyer. Staff are useless. Had to pay a $200 bond . Really what the hell for. For damaged shocking rooms. Pan pacific doesn't even charge that much. Had booked for 2 rooms on the one booking and they had put us on different floors. Do changed us to same floor. One of the rooms...
