The room was great however, there is no such place as Grand Mercure Docklands so you spend an hour trying to find the place! First you have to book in at Sebel then drive to another building but no one said it's not called Grand Mercure, it's actually Conder! Very confusing

We visited the Docklands Grand Mercure over two nights and were very happy with the choice of hotel. Our apartment was on a higher floor facing the city and the night time views were amazing. Our apartment had a full kitchen and laundry, with TV in both the living room and bed room. The CBD free tram zone is at...

On arrival at the Grand Mercure reception I had to wait for 15 minutes while two people at reception were running amongst four screens two check in a large number of people. Several people wandered in and out from the staff office, but did not assist, just watched. I was booked into another building in the end. My Accor membership...

Myself and two friends stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. It was roomy and a good place to relax after a long day out. It's in a great location with tram stop just down the street and harbour town a few minutes walk away! Also walkable distance to the CBD if you like a nice walk (approx 30mins or so)....

Spent three nights at these apartments. The staff were polite and very helpful. The apartment was excellent. Clean tidy and comfortable. We had an issue with the tv in the bedroom. We reported the fault and it was rectified within a couple of hours. With a tram stop a short walk and in free zone it was fantastic. Would definitely...

The Grand Mecure Docklands is actually run as a part of The Sebel Hotel which is in the same basic location. That is, the actual apartments are spread across a number of different buildings surrounding The Sebel. So while you need to check in at The Sebel, you may then be shown to a location across or down the street...

we booked with our accord membership, which means it should come with free wifi. BUT, we got assigned to an apartment which doesn't come with wifi at all! (we're told that's the only 3-bedroom apartment available at that point! Come on, we booked months ago and this issue should have been flagged if it's the case!). Serious? then the fridge...

We were really disappointed with our stay at Grand Mercure Docklands. When booking through booking.com it looked like we were staying at Sebel, (address, google map, etc) but when we arrived we were told to head to the Nolan building a few blocks away. So no I house services as assumed. Not sure if this is booking.com leading us astray...

Our 3 bedroom Harbour View Apartment, booked as Grand Mercure Melbourne Docklands, actually ended up being in one of 8 (I think they said) Apartment buildings. The reception to check in was at the Sebel, but our building was 60m away. We stayed Sunday night until Wednesday morning in the beginning of September. Lovely view from the balcony of the...

Rooms are fully self contained apartments. Some have exceptional water views. Rooms at Grand Mecure very old, badly in need of some tlc. Furnishings sparse, outdated and minimal. You stay there for the view, windows are dirty and you cannot see through the glass on the balcony due to the dirt. Very disappointed as they are very expensive. Docklands restaurant's...
