We stayed on a high floor in a standard King and had amazing views of the aquarium, yarra river and the city. I love looking out and watching the world go by from the large floow to ceiling windows! Would stay here over metropol! However, Crown Towers is the way to go!

Our experience at Crown was good, but overall the hotel was nothing spectacular. Location was not ideal if you want to be right smack bang in the CBD. Having said this, it is centrally located to the Crown complex and restaurants are easily accessible for dinner (do not visit Nobu!). The location of restaurants to the hotel was my favourite...

Stayed here for business. Nice facilities. Slow Internet. Decent casino. Way over priced drinks, considering this is a casino ($8.us for a beer!). If not gambling, stay at The Marriott or The Hilton. However, nicest and most help staff I have seen in a while.

I stayed at Promenade recently with my husband. He had work commitments which meant I was free to roam the streets of Melbourne Cbd. I have to say this is the perfect location. All I had was a short stroll and I was in the heart of melbourne. Hotel staff were fantastic and love the coffee cart in the foyer....

This is part of the INTEGRATED RESORT casino complex that is Crown. It is a four star hotel and if you judged by the doorman and bell desk which is the initial experience of the hotel then one would think it was a 5 star property. Whilst there are queues at reception, these moved quite quickly. Rooms are fairly large...

In Melbourne for a week of work, Crown Promenade is a convenient location for the numerous inner Melbourne sites I need to visit. The King room is spacious and nicely appointed. I appreciate a comfortable bed after a busy day and I have this. It's amazing how you get to appreciate a good shower when you travel and this is...

We stayed at the Crown Promenade for 5 nights - booked by the firm to attend a conference, and we paid for an extra two nights for the weekend before the conference to allow an extended stay. We had a Standard King Room for $275 a night. At check in we were offered a studio room for an extra $70...

Our standard room was very comfortable and after a long long night it's great that the curtains are blackout curtains! Our room was city facing on the 12th floor, but I reckon there might be a bit more to see on the other side. Convenient location and plenty of staff.

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. We’re glad to read that you continue to return and find us “always pretty good”, the blackout curtains are certainly a welcome feature when you’re trying to have a nice sleep in the morning. Take care and hopefully we‘ll see you again soon. Sincerely Greg Moore General Manager

This hotel is in great location to the Crown casino and shops. There is a walkway on the next level to the Crown casino and restaurants. The room was excellent with city views. The buffet breakfast restaurant is average. Only bad experience was at checkout the women at the desk was bit rude and the wifi kept dropping out.
