Sadly we had a family member admitted to the royal children's and needed somewhere to stay. It certainly met the need as it is about 10 minutes walk to the hospital. Free parking any attracting for sure and reasonably studded spaces.

Fantastic location comfortable motel, most suitable for people with low budget. So well treated by staff, nothing a problem
The bed was clean and reasonably comfy, the bathroom and shower was clean with a decent water pressure.
We would stay again.
