This weekend we stayed at the Bayview Eden where we enjoyed our 1 night. You get good value for money in this hotel and the food in the cafe was very enjoyable. The only thing that I would reccomend to the management is to have more comfortable pillows. Until next time.

This hotel is a bit dated, but, had everything I needed, including a great pool, spa and gym. Reasonable parking, and good food, lovely helpful staff and late checkout. My room was serviced daily, toiletries etc. replaced.

Stayed the weekend here with my wife. Hotel is a bit dated (has a 90's feel about it) but nonetheless a very good hotel. Very clean, location is excellent and the restaurant was very good. Rooms were a good size. I would stay there again.

Pleasant foyer and lovely service. The decor is def 80's- strangely there is some comfort in the apricot and maeve colouring! The beds super comfy and the rooms bigger than modern ones! The gym is very sharply but the equipment was great and the rooftop view spectacular! This is the most affordable hotel in Melbourne - so if you can...

Room was average, building would be nicer if it had a new paint job. Needs signs so you can find where the pool is. Parking available. Staff are all friendly & provide great service. Breakfast was terrible! The rooms are quiet large which was great. 12pm checkout which is was awesome.

Great location for travelling to Melboure on tram. Room was underspecked, Double Bed was too small and very uncomfortable. Climb in shower (into bath) was not good. When curtain was closed to avoid water spilling on to floor, could not see whether we were using shampoo or conditioner or body wash as too dark. In room safe didn't work.Despite the...

Yes this place is cheap but I would never stay again as the poor quality does not make up for the rate. The room was freezing, walls and furniture peeling, bathroom had mould, and the large crack in the wall worried me all evening. The room faced onto business buildings and there was no privacy unless curtains were drawn. I...

Stayed here for a wedding, good value, yes but seems like it hasnt been updated since it was built in the 90's. This hotel is a great reminder of the colour palette used during the 90's Other than the fact the hotel is dated its pretty good.

There's nothing outstandingly good or bad about this hotel, but it meets all of a traveller's requirements. Close to a tram line into the city, easy to get a taxi, has its own reasonable restaurant, clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff, on-site parking. I have become a regular. On balance, good, and a good price.
