Lower 3 levels airconditioning does not work, no fresh air possible, no cooling available. Top two floors have better airconditioning and far better veiws. Insist on front of building room otherwise you will be looking into a car park and noisy pool area. Parking bays are very narrow, disregard 'reserved' signs (and $12 a night is rich!) , boom gate...

My partner and I stayed at this hotel on Saturday 1st November 2014. From the very beginning we had trouble. They couldn't find our booking because they had taken down our name wrong. We asked about parking and they explained that there is under cover parking to the rear with card entry they NEVER said it would be $12 per...

Very poor horrible service at checkin. Was told I didnt have a reservation, however the other 3 men from the company did. Left after 20 mins to later discover they misspelt my name and I did have a reservation. Recommend to find alternative accommodation

We stayed there for 2 nights 3 days. Upon arrival were not greeted or anything. Waited several minutes for someone to greet us and get our room sorted. When we eventually got to our room. We saw the old box tv sitting in the corner that didnt even work and the poor room layout. Out of 4 light fittings in...

Booked for two nights and was unable to access room on second day so had to return to reception to have swipe card reactivated. Reception person did not acknowledge the inconvenience. Television did not work. This hotel needs to pay more attention to operational details. Wifi cost - why do hotels continue to charge for wifi?

Located conveniently close to the business district, the property is ideal for business visitors who will primarily use the hotel to crash for the night, freshen up and head off for meetings again. Good spacious rooms with 2 beds, decent restaurant, customizable (& cheap) breakfast options (especially if you are a vegetarian) - I would definitely stay back here should...

Last minute we needed a place to stay due to a missed flight. We were afforded a very comfortable night sleep. (For a very reasonable price) beds were excellent. Room was spacious and had plenty of extra amenities.

I stayed in the Bayview recently, which I chose based on it's good value ($120 a night) and location. Having driven past this hotel for many years I had never set foot inside the property until my recent stay. Check in was fast and efficient, an older style lift takes you up to the floors which were in reasonable condition,...

I stayed last Saturday night and was very disappointed. Room small and uninviting. View out to car park. Back after dinner with friends to a party of japanese tourists making lots of noise to small hours of the morning.. car parking expensive at $12. I will not be staying here again.

We were on a 5000 km road bike trip and when the concierge saw me returning from putting the bike in the car park he insisted I bring it to the front of the hotel and park it right in front of the glass doors so the staff could see it 24 hours a day. That is service above and...
