Our room was at front of building and consequently we were deafened by the vehicle noise from both streets which continued late into the night. Clearly mantra are unwilling to double glaze the Windows . Some of the chairs contained scuff marks and there were coffee cup stains on the coffee table.

Hi Jane N, I am sorry you didn't get a good night sleep with us. We have a number of rooms throughout the building some a little louder but offer a view and others that are much quieter. Our apartments are also in the process of being upgraded, I would love to know what apartment you stayed in to pass...

Not far from Salamanca and the bars/galleries, easy walk into main shopping streets and Battery Pt. Handy kitchenette but no oven/hot plate. Friendly staff. Room we had was a little stark but clean and fine for a couple of days.

The service provided was great. Especially from Colleen at reception - very helpful, friendly and full of advice. The location was also perfect - within walking distance to restaurants in Salamanca Place. The car park was a must as we had a hire car and didn't need to worry about parking. Breakfast supplies would have been nice to have (for...

Stayed for one night on my recent trip to Hobart. Fab location, well appointed but dreadful layout and not really what you'd expect. We had a 2 bedder and the first bed was right at front door, open plan. Then go through kitchen to lounge. Then after you wait further to get the second bedroom unlocked as it needs a...

Hi SydneyLindsay, Since receiving your feedback I have spoken to the current owner who is looking at getting a second bathroom upstairs for privacy. We are also in the process of renaming our 'two bedroom' as it is not a traditional layout that you expected. Warmest Regards, Larrissa Holdsworth General Manager

This hotel doesn't have a reception after 8pm but they don't tell you that in their advertising so if you arrive from the mainland after 8pm, tough luck! There were four planes which came in after 8pm but those lucky people obviously booked elsewhere. My bags were lost in transit so there was no-one to assist with toiletries, explain the...

Hi Dominica7, I apologies that you found our late check in process different to what you where expecting. We do reach out to each guest before we close the office at 8pm if details are left when making the booking. I hope your bags where found by the airline. Biggest selling point about this hotel is it's location. Very short walk to Salamanca Markets, Constitution Dock and the City. The next is the fact that the apartments have a lot of facilities including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, jaffle maker and a combi oven/microwave. There isn't a hot plate which I assume is for safety reasons but everything in the apartment...

Hi S P, some of our apartments have completed a full refurbishment and we hope to complete the rest in August 2017 to have consistency throughout the apartment. I will be sure it is made more clear on all websites regarding our reception areas to save any confusion for future guests. Many thanks, Larrissa Holdsworth General Manager

Central and just across the road from a park with the Salamander market nearby. We stayed 3 nights. Clean and comfortable apartment with super bed and furniture. Staff helpful and friendly. But there is only limited onsite parking and we couldn't get a spot hence it was a constant worry juggling 2 hour meter street parking. Another big negative were...

The room felt very comfortable. It was clean and presented well being very roomy (spacey) but cosy at the same time, well equipped (kitchen, bathroom/washing machine etc) comfortable furniture and reasonable room charge. Parking is extra or offsite though.
