Room clean, desk helpful, ground floor dining area gloomy, needs an upgrade in general but is central and within walking distance to wharf side etc. It seemed to be full on the weekend we visited. The Farmers Market right outside the front door on Sunday's was a bonus as was the 'quaint' New Sydney Hotel across the road with its...

Right in the centre of town, close to Elizabeth street mall and within 10m walking distance to the harbour. There was also a car park for those who hire a car, but we didn't need to. The bus stop was also around the corner.

I stayed here for two nights on a recent business trip. First off let me state that none of the issues here are due to the staff who at all times were friendly and professional. However staying here is like a trip back to 1982, the rooms are very dated and very noisy. I could not only hear people talking...

2 stars for its location and the airporthoppa opposite the hotel. My guess is that the hotel is understaffed- or just poorly run. Old run down hotel... wifi mostly not working Housekeeping absolutely horrible- For the price you pay- its a waste of your money and your time Not recommended...

This is a budget option. The rooms were clean and had everything that you expect. It is old and tired but the staff were friendly and it had free parking. Normally rooms start at $135 if that is the price you get then I would say in was a good hotel, however we left our booking late and paid $210....

Feels and looks as tired as a 100 year old marathon runner. The bed was hard and lumpy. Woke up sore every morning. The air conditioner cut in and out and dripped water into the TV. The tiny fridge and coffee making area was inside the wardrobe where your bag is supposed to go. The lift needs fixing, the buttons...

Spent three nights in this hotel. And it's an ageing hotel. From entering the lift you already felt it. The room is small and a bit of smelly. The wardrobe feel like thirty year old. The most annoying thing is the sound prove between walls. I can hear guest from upstairs showing. And the sound of the water flowing and...

Room was comfortable and clean. We were on the 6th floor but could still hear traffic. The bit I didn't like was that we were at a business Christmas function at another venue and when we arrived back at the hotel the roller door to the car park was locked and we had to park in a side street and...

We stayed overnight on our arrival in Hobart for a short Tasmanian holiday. Good central position - we were able to walk to quite a few attractions. Room was tired, but we had a sleep and were on our way early next morning - so must be okay!

We booked in for three nights the rooms were clean but no fly wire on the windows and 6am every morning we were woken by the dump trucks outside our window . The reception staff were most pleasant but would not stay there again
