An amazing place to stay in Hobart; The place is decorated very classy and felt like coming home rather than staying in a B&B. The room was amazing, very comfy with a very clean interior and an even better bed! Despite having a room facing the normally rather busy main road, it was not noisy at all. The manager John...

We had a two night stay, with the first night in the large room which was great. Nice bed, good shower, and generally nice room. We had to change rooms due to a booking mistaking..(on our part) and stayed in a twin room. The room had an odd smell maybe due from the foundation rocks from the building? I don't...

Stayed here Saturday night and had such a positive experience. Our room was huge, decorated in the old style with a giant cost bed and feather pillows. There was a stocked kitchen where guests can help themselves at any time of the day. Good location, 10-15minute walk from Salamanca markets. Huge thumbs up. (John, the owner is super helpful too!)

We stayed one night in October. Room was clean and comfortable, maybe a bit dark. And cold. I had an issue with shower curtain(despite warning on wall in bathroom) and the floor was flooded. Had to use all the towels to wipe it up. We are not used to sleeping in the middle of the city and found the road...

We had the best time at Edinburgh B&B! Friendly and accomodating staff, clean and comfortable rooms, relaxed and enjoyable environment with great breakfast/tea selections (farmers jam and honey). Almost like staying at home :)

Very comfortable, clean B&B that is nicely decorated located not far from city centre. Generous selection of food (cereal, milk, juice, jam, yoghurt) that is available all day was great. The owner was very friendly. The room is a little dark and can get quite cold but electric blanket was provided that that kept us warm.

Off-street parking, clean comfortable rooms, 5 Star linen, good hot water, ample heating, and great value. We stayed three nights and knew we'd found home. There is a 24 hour toast and coffee kitchen, with cereal, local spreads, milks, soy. Wine glasses you can sneak back your room and sip on local wine and cheese. Everything and more! John, the...

Room was frigid cold - had to stuff a towel around the gaps in the bathroom window to keep the wind from howling right through and hitting me in the face while in bed. Bit of mold on the bathroom walls. Shower head sprays water everywhere...the sign asking people to use the shower curtain is useless when the shower head...
