Location was great, handy to everything. Room was very small and the bathroom was very compact. But we did get it cheap! Some of the staff were excellent, but there were a couple on the front desk that could learn to treat their customers better. We all get busy at work and it's not the customers fault.

The room was comfortable, the service was great, the only downside was the small bathroom but i did like the green option of choosing to have the towels changed daily or reused & the mini bar in the foyer instead of in the room

Walking distance to most things in the CBD including Salamanca, constitution Docks, restaurants and night life. Public transport close by and taxis out the door. Very clean property, parking on site and very friendly staff..

excellent but was disappointed with the $12.00 parking fee each day. We have travelled all over the world and only in a few major cities has there been a payment for parking, like Luxembourg, Paris London, etc. but Hobart is not what I would call a major international city-- we stayed the last night at the casino and no parking...

This is in a very good location, only 10 mins walk to Salamanca market. The room is clean and tidy, also quiet. The only drawback is the limited parking in the hotel site where we have to park in another car park in a street away.

Only stayed here one night, the room and bathroom was tiny, not even enough room for one suitcase. The room was clean so that was good. Disappointed to see room service food trays left outside rooms in the corridors for hours and hours and not taken away.

Stayed for two night due to conference in town. As an observation room is sparse, small and dated. Unfortunately furniture is also dirty and torn. There is also something living there, woke up first morning covered in itchy bites. No bottle opener/corkscrew or even a soon to stir your coffee. In house WI FI so painfully slow as to useless....

Quick trip for work, staff were friendl, room was clean. Location was great, close to my work, gym, food etc. Unfortunately there was a fire evac at 5am the first night, and the second night other guest were noisy entering elevators early in the morning. When I told reception about this they waved the parking fee for me which was...

I stayed for work, so this was booked due to proximity, but it is near the CBD, Salamanca Place and a bunch of restaurants. The room was fine with a small desk and a couple of chairs. The bed was comfortable but the pillows are soft. Small shower - like I turned off the water with my butt turning around...

We stayed for 4 days and found the room to be clean and comfortable, however you couldn't fit anymore than one person in the bathroom at a time and we couldn't open the windows for fresh air as the allocated smokers area was directly below us and right outside the front on the building. Car parking isn't included in the...

Dear Angela J Thank you so much for your review about our great location, clean and comfortable room. The windows can be opened slightly to allow fresh air in the room, although sometimes they do get accidentally locked through a small push button located next to main latch. Thank you again for your feedback and we hope to welcome you...
