Antique room in the old building truly was antique. We both absolutely loved the bed. Massive room with 2.5 metre ceiling with drapes as high. Those tall drapes were a little difficult to open and close but we had a great view. Lovely big old bathtub featured excellent water temperature and pressure. The food was delicious. Staff members were totally...

We stayed for a week with a 5 month old, location, view and price were great as well as set up of bedroom/bathroom/living was good big bathroom and we always got extra towels for our baby. Kitchen was a bit small and we should have asked for two kettles as sanitizing bottles took a bit more time the kettle could...

First impression was really poor. The room was spacious but the furniture apart from the sofa was very dated. I could forgive this however if the bathroom had been cleaner. The floor tiles in the bathroom were ingrained with dirt all around the edges and most of the skirting boards were extremely dusty. After a bad start we made the...

Initial greeting upon arrival ok. My room was on level one no lift which wasn't too bad as I only had a small bag. My room was next to some sort of meeting room right off the landing off the stairs. As I expected noisy , noisy not only from the people walking up the stairs but in my room...

I was greeted by the friendly young lady at the 'grotty' reception who took my credit card and informed me that I had to pay for the entire stay (3 nights) on check in. I did ask her what would happen if I then hated the room and checked straight out, she told me that if that happened she would...

Thank you to your beautiful staff for a wonderful stay, they really made the hotel! The room was very beautiful especially the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen slightly dated and could have been a little cleaner but overall was happy. The hotel had a wonderful feel, very cosy and comfortable.

The 'Antique' suite is very roomy but has no views. The bed squeaks terribly and the doors to the wardrobe are extremely difficult to open. Plenty of power points, very quiet and peaceful. Plenty of parking and the food / drinks are very good.

A great place to stay, just a short walk from Elizabeth Street with all the restaurants and cafes you could wish for. The staff was nice and friendly, and the room was clean and neat with the most amazing King size bed I've ever slept in. Sure, the room (and I assume roomS) are a little out of date, but...

We stayed here over the weekend in a huge room with views looking down to the water. The bed was large and very comfortable. We had our own living room, kitchen big bathroom with a bath which was really nice. We had a drink in the bar in a very comfortable environment. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were all...

Big and spacious room with old and tired looks all over. Outside swimming pool was in renovation. Staffs look and sound disinterested. Good points: close to the CBD, plenty of parking, nice open area and garden.
