Out room was spacious and clean with comfy bed. There are no dining facilities but there is a communal fridge, microwave and toaster for dry breakfasts. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great situation in battery point.

Clean and comfy accommodation in old heritage building on the hill located in a quiet suburb, guests can watch Hobart water front in a distance if staying at the upper floor. Nice room, comfy beds, clean bathroom, complimentary drink, pictures on the wall, off street parking available, at a walking distance approx. 10 min to Salamanaca Market. Not too much...

Battery Point Manor was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Battery Point itself is a great place to stay as it is close to a number of great restaurants and pubs. It is a historic part of Hobart and the architecture is fun to explore. The Manor itself is quiet and well appointed. We were hardly aware...

Friendly and helpful staff. Property has an old world charm, but is a little tired in some areas. We had a spacious cottage, with a kitchen area.Has wonderful views of the Derwent nearby. Position is great, and an easy drive (or walk) to many restaurants.

The Battery Point Manor is a large converted house with spacious, comfortable rooms. Everything is clean and works. The staff is super-helpful.........even if you are arriving long after most people usually arrive. 10-15 minutes easy walking distance from the center of Hobart. 1-2 blocks from the Airport Shuttle bus stop. Excellent value for your money. Absolutely recommend.

Very comfortable beds, large airy rooms, large bathrooms (generally). View of the harbour from some. Lovely ambience in this old Manor. Leanne the bookings manager does a great job of keeping everyone happy and keeping the rooms clean and serviced efficiently. Although its not Bed and Breakfast this really is no problem, there are a good number of quality cafes...

We loved our stay here - all seven of us in three rooms. Beds were very comfortable, the views of the river lovely and the rooms quite roomy. Some of the decor was a bit on the boring side, but the location near the village of Battery Point was great. Easy to walk to the cafes nearby and to Salamanca....

Spacious rooms, amazing views (ask for room 5 with all the windows!), and great location (5mn walk to the Salamanca place). Only reason this isn't getting a 5/5 is because of a stupid dog that barked for 2 hours (from 10pm to midnight) at the bottom of our bedroom window with no one doing anything about it (which I believe...

While on a recent vacation in Tasmania my wife and I stayed at the Battery Point Manor and it was a very pleasant experience. But it was not the B&B that I expected, I was looking forward to one of those nice old B7B were you can sit and enjoy a cooked breakfast with other guests but when we arrived...
