Pretty neat experience. We had the private double room which was good, spacious, quiet and comfortable. GREAT SERVICE, reasonable prices. One of my best sleeps in Aus. I'd avoid the dorms, there not very private, mostly cause there's no door its all open to the hallway, but all in all a REALLY GOOD EXPERIENCE.

We really enjoyed our experience here. Martin and Garry were great hosts ... (no they are not gay ... they just run shifts to man the reception and the bar.) We had one of the motel rooms. It was very nice. It was hard to believe that the temperature outside was tipping the mercury at nearly 50 C. The rooms...

The place delivered on providing underground accommodation. The room they gave us was very spacious and cool, not claustrophobic at all considering that it is around 6 meters below the ground. The shared kitchen facilities were excellent and the kitchen itself was very spacious. However, the toilets can be improved. There aren't enough for a place this size and I...

Cool in atmosphere and temperature. While travelling from Port Lincoln to the alice, the obvious choice was to stay in Coober Pedy for the night. Radeka offers dorm facilities for affordable prices. The dorms have no doors and are connected to the hallway. Being 6.5m underground it was nice and cool down there, even though it was 44 degrees outside....

Stayed here 3 nights just in November 2013. Everything was great from the beginning to checkout. Martin from the hotel picked me up for my complimentary ride at 4:45am from the bus depot. Even though I arrived so early in the day he had my room there and ready when I arrived. Martin set me up with their outback tour...

If you are looking for cheap accomidations then this is a good choice but don't expect much more. We stayed in a private double bed room which was spacious and basic, still had a shared bathroom. Clean other then the rock bits that fell on us throughout the night and felt like sand in our bed. Location is great, very...

The first thing you're presented with when checking in is a page full of unfriendly rules and regulations - not very welcoming. The dorm rooms have no doors and being underground sparsely furnished everything echoes and the noise travels. I was kept awake until the early hours by a group talking at the other end of the passage. The main...

Stayed there one night in an underground dorm. Be prepared that the dorms don't have doors, but are open to the aisle. Dorms, facilities and kitchen were very clean and well equipped. The owner was very helpful with organising a tour around town and introducing me to some locals. The hostel is within walking distance to the Greyhound station.

We, a family of four, arrived very late and all rooms were full. We were allocated a 'room' with four beds underground with no door. As we had many luggugages, for safety sake, we could not do things together - for example, moving luggages, cooking, eating, etc. as the kitchen, carparks all are at the ground level. We also could...
