We stayed here overnight on the way to and back from Uluru. The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable on the local opal mining attractions plus eateries. Staying in the underground dugouts is a great experience and both of the apartments we stayed in were well equipped and very clean - one was ready for a revamp though. The position...

My husband and I stayed for the night to break up our trip between Uluru and Adelaide. The rooms were clean, large, cool and self contained. There is also the opportunity to catch the wonderful sunsets from the roof. The owners of the property are extremely helpful and friendly. The property provides an authentic underground experience. If you don't wish...

Great location, marvellous views of the Breakaways and desert region. The apartment was roomy, quiet and well equipped. The rooms were neat and tidy, service was excellent. Hosts Tony and Linda were wonderful and nothing was too much for them.

Our family stayed in this apartments - underground hotel and we absolutely loved it. Tony and his family were great help and our kids loved it there. Apartments are so big, you feel like to live in the house. It's a great spot, beautiful views from the top of the hill when you walk on top the apartments and afternoon...

We arrived some 30 minutes early and Linda let us check in ok,she gave us a few recommendations for where to visit and to eat which was good of her.Apartment 11 we had was very large and well equipped but some of the rooms had holes in the plaster work and were a little bit dingy, some brighter lights would help.

Great underground apartment. Slept up to 8 but they charge according to how many people were sleeping there which made it very reasonable for our group of 4. The managers are friendly and happy to help you find your way. The pool was freezing cold which was a rare desert treat!

We really wanted to stay underground since we were here where so much of the town is underground. This is an underground motel (built into the hill). I liked the fact it had a pool (great after a long drive) and it's pleasant to sit on the verandah and look out at the view it's named after. The rooms are...

Stayed here one night , authentic underground experience. Very spacious , quiet location . It's quiet dated but comfortable and plenty of hot water . The owner is very friendly and accommodating. Also crime rate is low in this area. Swimming pool small but full of inflatable toys . Great sunrise view over Coober pedy . Useable wifi .
