Called in reasonably late on our return from Alice Springs and wasn't sure if we would get a site for our motor home. The place had wonderful clean cooking and BBQ areas, along with wonderful clean spacious shower and toilet area. 20 cents for three minutes under the shower which I thought was a wonderful way of saving water in... We spent a night at the Oasis Tourist Park in Coober Pedy and it was great! Bit pricey but most of the camping parks in the area seem to be about the same. Good clean facilities, nice camp kitchen, we took a dip in the freezing pool (let’s call it refreshing haha) and nice staff on site. Easy walk to... More

Friendly and helpful staff. Good sized sites that are reasonably sheltered from the wind. Clean and well maintained facilities. The covered pool looked inviting. Interesting and informative town tour with Rudy, a long time local. Easy walk into town.

So convenient to be able to leave your campervan at the park and walk to the supermarkets and opal shops. En suite sites make life easy after roughing it along the way. A great tour, led by Rudi, operates from the park, taking in the town, mining sites and underground living. Liked it so much we stayed again for another... More

The site was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. There were plenty of trees to park our camper van under. A short walk into town to all the attractions. We would go there again if we come this way. Barrie & Judy NZ

Stayed at this park for the third time and have only good things to say about this park. The Owner/Manager is so pleasant and accommodating and could not do enough to make our stay perfect. The amenities are the best and by far the cleanest we have ever experienced and are an absolute credit to the cleaners considering the location.... More

We camped in our camper trailer for 1 night on our way up to the Red Centre. The campsites are strangely laid out and we had to request a change of site as there's no way we'd have fit on the original one we were allocated. I must say, the staff were happy enough for us to change which was... More

This park is located at the northern end of the town, on your way to Oodnadatta. It can be a good alternative to Big4, it is not any cheaper though. Caravan parks in coober pedy arent really suitable for tent camping due to the lack of grass sites. So you are either staying in the cabins or doing car based... More

Spent 3 nights here. Booked ahead to secure a drive-through site with water. Happy to pay the extra 1-off $5.00 for it. New amenities block is sensational, as is the camp kitchen attached to it. Excellent laundry, and entertainment hub that is unrivalled. We did enjoy our stay, and the town tour with Rudy was a highlight! Rudy took us... More
