The accomodation lived up to my expectations and more. The managers were more than helpful and extremely welcoming, suggesting places to eat and attractions to see. The rooms were awesome and had a romantic feel to them. Overall making it a very memorable trip.

A great place to experience the Coober Pedy way of living, wasn't sure what to expect before I arrived but found it to be great & the manager was very knowledgeable of what to see whilst in the town. A great location to watch the sunset.

I loved it here!... loved our room, yeah sure it had a low shower head, but it is in a cave! :D haha... Two minor critiques, and certainly not enough to warrant not returning! 1. our room door was almost impossible to open or close, and had to slam it (possibly disturbing others) upon leaving. 2. Would have loved it...

Nice place and quick check in after 8 hours of driving. We hiked to the top of the mound to watch a beautiful sunset and then off to dinner. All was quiet and darker than you can imagine until the wind picked up outside. The air exchange pipe in the cave ceiling to the top of the mount amplified the...

We were picked up at the airport and taken to the motel where we had the delight of moving into an underground room. It was clean and well equipped. So thats the basics done. What really impressed was the extra effort that went into making our stay in the town as a whole so good. We had no transport and...

We arrived to very friendly receptionist and shown to our room. Wow factor from the moment you step through the glass door to the hotel dugouts. Bed were large and extremely comfortable with loads of space to move around. Fridge, toaster and jug with played, cups and cutlery to self cater. Room was lovely and cool despite the heat outside....

Stylish, comfy room. Got upgraded to larger room by nice receptionist. Wonderful terrace on top of hill, overlooking all of Coober Pedy. A real treat. Breakfast hamper available. Underground living at its best.

Great for Cooper Pedy. Fun experience sleeping underground, clean, vaguely modern, reasonably priced, very helpful owners and convenient location. Terrific view of sunset. Only downside was noisy air vent.

Thanks for your review! We are glad you enjoyed your time here. Unfortunately when its blowing a gale outside the air shafts can be a bit noisy and there is no way around it, it's part of the underground experience. We hope you enjoy the rest of your travels and appreciate you choosing to stay with us.
