Stayed 2 nights for a business trip and despite arriving very late at night the reception staff were friendly and had all the paperwork ready to go for a smooth checkin. The location of the hotel is convenient to the CBD and is close to a number of great restaurants (Andre's), coffee shops (Exchange) and bars (Nola). Rooms are well...

An overnight stay and the hotel was an excellent choice for room quality and location. It is very central in Adelaide with a wide range of eating places nearby. I had the full breakfast and for $20 was excellent value offering a good selection of hot and cold choices. Room was very generous in size with plenty of storage space,...

Overall I thought this was a good experience. The location is well places for eating and shopping and a walk to most else. I stayed in a balcony room - and because I specifically chose this room I intended to sit on my balcony on balmy Adelaide nights. Nope...no chair or table for my wine or coffee. It was lovely...

Warm friendly staff and well appointed rooms that are quite big. Customer service was great and the hotel was quite which I really liked. I used the Valet parking that was offered which was wonderful as it was a business trip. I would recommend this Hotel highly.

Expensive breakfast. Nothing especially wrong otherwise, just not very characterful or special. Room was clean, functional and completely soulless, from the 1990's school of hotel interior design.Nothing particular to condemn: nothing particular to praise.

Very happy with our stay. Great friendly service, large quiet room and even had a coffee machine. Proud sa company that showcased local produce. Was in a great position, especially during fringe season.

Everything was great except the shower. Poor pressure and difficult to adjust the shower head. Had to hold with two hands to adjust spray. Whilst the Japanese style doors on the bathroom were aesthetically pleasing, not great for a second person in bed asleep when the other had to go to the loo during the night - light shines directly...

This hotel is in an excellent position for exploring Adelaide on foot. Major tourist attractions such as Ayer's house, the botanic gardens and museum are nearby. Restaurants and shops are also nearby. A superior room is large and comfortably appointed. Modern bathrooms. Views not great but location compensates for this. Hotel restaurant is excellent with good food and wines.
