So I went to the downstairs bar and asked for a martini. The very nice women behind the bar came over to me very embarrassed. She had no martini glasses, no shaker, nothing other than beer glasses. All the liquor displayed behind the bar could not be served because she had no equipment/glasses, etc. to serve it in or to... More

A satisfying hotel experience with no great highlights and certainly no lowlights. The room was functional with a queen size bed, and as with all Accor hotels the toiletries supplied were of a high standard. The staff were all polite and courteous and capable. The parking area was pokey and expensive

Poky room which was overpriced. Breakfast options were in the higher end price. Better dining options nearby. Staff friendly. Parking on site at a cost but reasonably priced. Rooms were clean. Could hardly turn around in the very small shower cubicle

The staff were wonderful but the hotel and rooms were not all that comfortable. Stayed two separate nights and the room on the first night was down a hall with a series of structural posts making it difficult to maneuver luggage to the room. The room did not feel very comfortable. No view and window was higher that usual which... More

Yes, this is an old hotel, but it was clean & comfortable & conveniently located to where I needed to be in Adelaide. Staff were very friendly & helpful, but housekeeping was a bit "hit & miss", with towels being replaced one day, but not the next. Food in the restaurant was delicious & of generous proportions. Noisy on Fri... More

Very convenient hotel in central Adelaide. Staff helpful and courteous and very obliging over an extremely early check-in. Room spacious and lots of room in the large bathroom. No view of note from the window, but this was just for a day so it was not a problem.

1950s ambience in my room (which looked out the back of the hotel directly into another building. The windows covered the top third of the wall, and were almost redundant with curtains across them. The room is quite large but a terrible shape and therefore most of the room is wasted. The aircon couldn't cope with a 30 degree day... More
