My parents and I stayed at this hotel over the Easter long-weekend. We decided to go with the Hilton as it has an excellent reputation. Whilst it delivered well on the rooms, the customer service was beyond a joke. My Dad made the booking for two rooms over the phone, and was not advised of the following: 1) He would...

Dear amandabolgia, I appreciate you passing on your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. I am concerned to hear of the issues you experienced and the stress that it caused you and your parents on this occasion. On check-in at the hotel it is a Hilton national standard security policy that a credit card is required to cover your...

We had 2 rooms for 3 nights and each day we had food and drinks in house. The bar service left a lot to be desired, male bartender spending more time trying to impress the girls and less time actually making drinks. We have stayed at many Hilton's around Australia and many other parts of the world and this sight...

Dear Richard C, Thank you for your comments regarding your stay with us. I appreciate you passing on your feedback regarding your experience in the bar. The hotel is ideally positioned if you are relying on public transport to get around. From airport to door by taxi was about 20mins. The free city tram stop right outside will take you into the city shopping area, railway station and entertainment centre. Otherwise most things are in easy reach, a Coles around the corner and Chinatown a short...

We selected this Hilton because of proximity to the airport. I wasn't impressed or extremely let down.
