Excellent location, close to everything in the city, but with olde world charm. A no fuss hotel with a sense of comfort I associate with the good old days, yet with all mod cons. I'd stay again and look forward to it.

An elegant hotel that is different and classy, in the heart of Adelaide. The amenities are superb and the room was five star. There are excellent staff available 24hrs and nothing is a problem for them. We found this gem at a bargain price on booking.com and the surprise was wonderful.

Really great. Easy check in, bedrooms very nice and spacious. Staff very helpful. Strongly recommended and only €70 per night for our stay. Great breakfast area. Good sitting area in both lobby and close to dining area.

Very welcoming front desk; nothing too much trouble. Reasonably quiet area not too far from Adelaide's main attractions, and we'd happily stay there again. Possibly a little pricey, but we were there for cricket so probably supply and demand reality.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Great amenities and the hotel was in a great position for city centre. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and laundry allows freedom for families or longer stays

Every staff is so professional and also love the atmosphere of the hotel. It is so near to many restaurants, grocery, shopping as well as the lovely botanic garden. It is so great not to have to ask for any refills in our room and didn't lose some cash where I accidently left in the cupboard. Overall, a pleasant memorable... More

Stayed here to attend a wedding. The good: 1. Very easy to get to from the airport; almost a straight drive. 2. Quaint old building. 3. Easy to check in. 4. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The bad: 1. No parking so have to park on the street and pay for every 2hrs or 3hrs on the weekend. Stayed Friday... More

Had a fleeting work trip to Adelaide this week. My normal hotel was booked out thanks to the Cricket, so was able to secure a two bedroom unit at this hotel. Large rooms, comfortable beds, clean bedroom -- is there anything more that you need? This hotel is several blocks from the main part of town, but in Adelaide if... More
