We have recently spent a week in the "penthouse" on North Terrace.
The word penthouse conjures images of luxury, or even opulence, definitely not the case here. The room was large but very tired and under furnished. The beds were uncomfortable. There were holes in...More
Great location and price however don't expect the room to be serviced. We stayed 6 nights and the room was not serviced once. Not even enough dish washing liquid to wash up. The apartment is tired and needs updating.

As long as you phone ahead the owner meets you in the foyer and shows you up to the apartment. He gave us directions to the car park by phone and we parked and went to the conference and met him at the lunch break. I suppose it may be an issue if you wanted lots of advice from reception re transport, shopping, restaurants etc but it wasn't a problem for us
