The only thing going for this hotel was it's location, it was walking distance to the GC 600. The room was average, the staff were unhelpful, there was no info in the room regarding the hotel itself, eg where the laundry was, rubbish chute, how to work TV, telephone didn't work, there was a trick to getting the air con...

After going broke in Sydney, the Alpha Sovereign was a welcome surprise. For under $100 a night, It had a very large comfortable bed, air Conditioning, blackout curtains, huge bathroom and a very nice balcony. Pool and spa area was very clean and nice to have the option of using vending machines in the lobby rather than being made to...

I stayed here recently for two nights and it was like a home away from home. IT was a great size with separate bedroom and a great and comfy bed. The lounge room was fabulous with two comfortable lounge chairs that rocked (so comfy I went to sleep in one) There was also a two seater lounge and a dining...

I was booked in here for one night and I couldn't stay any more then this here. It was close to town and the restaurant and pool looked nice but didn't use either. I was gutted to be staying with my partner and being placed in a room with two single beds. No access to outside and water all over...

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and its was great. Very spacious and bright. Staff are friendly and the hotel is just a small walk away from the main town of surfers. There is a tram stop not far either if you didn't want to walk in. The pool was great after a long hot day. The hotel restaurant...

We were on a higher floor in a large room which was spacious and had a sink fridge and microwave. During our stay when the rooms were cleaned they made the beds but didn't clean the bath or anything else . The sun lounges by the pool were very uncomfortable as there was no cushioning over the plastic, the pool was...

I booked into this hotel using the Mystery Hotel deal, so the price was relatively cheap. When we arrived it was a while before we were actually acknowledged at the front desk, and check in took about 20 minutes because the staff kept trying to do other things while looking after us and switching between who was serving us, meaning...

Hi one of the cheapest deal for staying at Surfers paradise . Nice pool, happy hour. Our room1 bedroom was large and clean. A little tired looking, but ok.location is excellent. Walk to Cavil mall 15 min, 5min to beach. Easy 10min dr to worlds or 5min dr to Seaworld. Must pay for valet parking.

the room we had belonged to the lower tier. First impression was that it felt like a family sized room as it was pretty big. Living area had a couch, 2 cushioned chairs and a table. Kitchen area had a dining table but limited cooking utensils with no stove which was a little weird since they had a dining area....
