Myself and my fiance spend just over a week at the QT resort in Port Douglas whilst searching for ideas and venues for our wedding next year. QT was recommended by some close friends and it did not disappoint. The hotel is located close to the centre of port douglas and has ample facilities to use during your stay, including...

This hotel was very good, the pool bar was great and breakfast had everything you could possibly ask for. The staff we came across including the pool bar and breakfast staff were all really helpful and friendly. Our fridge and microwave weren't working on the first day and both were replaced promptly including all our fridge items that had spoilt,...

Beautiful hotel. Staff very friendly and always prepared to help. Easy access to city centre and beach. Local shuttle running every ten minutes with sundays and public holidays on the steam train, good if you have young children. Will defiently be heading back to visit in the future. Thank you for a holiday to remember.

Took our friends as we had a wonderful buffet six months earlier The food was disgusting, poor quality and service dreadful. We were so embaressed we called general manager. He couldn't have cared less! Offered vouchers which never arrived and we probably wouldn't have used. Horrible horrible horrible!

The pool is excellent but it would be worth checking if it was heated if you are going any time from mid April onwards. The rooms were fine but some of the shower screens need updating. The breakfast foods were delicious - the chefs were working incredibly hard but at busy times they would run out of/couldn't make fast enough,...

My wife and I stayed at this hotel on our Trafalgar tour of the Great Barrier Reef. The room was comfortable, although somewhat dated-there were no coat hangers!. The pool was nice, although the swim up bar was never open during our stay. Breakfast was adequate, with not a great variety of foods: I basically had the continental breakfast, which...

This is a great resort, bit pricy but everything in port Douglas is pricy so might as well go all the way, the pool area, the cocktail bar, the music there was just amazing, we spent 4 nights there and couldn't get enough of it, the concierge there helped us book all our activities and organised our transport to most...

Stayed at QT for five nights. Great experience. Staff super friendly and helpful. Our request for a high room and a late check out were both accommodated. Breakfast was spectacular every morning. We loved the option to not take housekeeping every day in exchange for a food and beverage voucher. Pool area we fabulous. Lots of room to spread out...

Dear Sally R, Thanks so much for your stellar review! Five stars five nights - it doesn't get any better than that, we love hearing that you had a fabulous stay. I could not agree more with Bazaar breakfast being spectacular, they have amped up the most important meal of the day...Bazaar mornings are happy mornings! We will pass on...

Overall, reading recent reviews I was worried about our 5 nights here, prior to arrival. First, the front desk personnel are wonderful. They did everything we could have asked for. The room, although perhaps a little dated, was overall very nice. We had a garden room a bit away from the pools. I could see that a room on the...

We were here over the Easter long weekend. Had a garden villa. Despite the hotels reputation this hotel was Not Quite Right! Villa was a bit tired looking, only had a small bar fridge filled with their bar drinks, despite fact it had a kitchen for cooking. Where were the fridge supplies supposed to go?. Housekeeping was disappointing. We had...
