Really glad I decided to opt for the 68 sqm room for our stay, as opposed to the 22sqm. It was lovely and spacious for the two of us (had a double bed each). Very comfy beds. The reception and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful (lent us a salt shaker and supplied extra cleaning sachets and rubbish bags promptly when asked). We liked the location as we were directly opposite from St Crispins Cafe, which has delicious food in a very picturesque setting, and the shuttle/taxi van service is only $5-6 dollars into town or we could walk 45 mins along the beach instead. Very relaxing holiday destination.

We recently stayed here though not by choice. We had originally booked another hotel which was higher rated but the booking agent made an error and the only alternative that they could find at late notice was Silkari. Admittedly this would not be my first choice as our budget would allow for something a bit more luxurious and closer to town. However, we weren’t disappointed. If you’re looking for a comfortable and budget friendly place to stay then Silkari Lagoons is well worth considering. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful, the accomodation was clean and spacious. We had a swim out room which was handy for our daughter and for us to keep a close eye on her. The apartment had everything you’d need for a self contained stay. The only downfall for us was the distance from town as we wanted somewhere within walking distance and Silkari is a few km’s out of town but if you have a car this shouldn’t be an issue and there is also a regular shuttle.

Dear kimmylw, Thank you for your wonderful 4 Star review. I am delighted to read that you enjoyed your stay and enjoyed our wonderful resort. I will pass on the feedback to the team at the hotel as they pride themselves on the service they provide and the cleanliness of the rooms. There is a local on demand shuttle that takes our guests into the town as another alternative to driving. A great option if you intend to have a drink or two over a dinner. We would always look forward to welcoming you back. Regards Jason Cook National Sales Director

If, like us, you work hard and desperately hope that a holiday is everything you hope and dream of... then book your holiday at Silkari. We are currently staying in a 3 bed pool access ground floor apartment. We have been extra blessed with a jacuzzi aswell - what a wonderful surprise! The welcome we received from helpful and friendly staff was second to none. Bedrooms are beautifully furnished and spacious, kitchen is wonderful as are all room amenities. We can't wait to come back. Thanks to the Silkari team for exceeding our expectations. We have a beautiful home to go home to but don't want to leave!

Rooms were clean and tidy and the front staff were really friendly and helpful on pointing out things to go and see on our stay. Bbq facilities were really good also. It was nice to be able to cook something ourselves on this trip. Would recommend a stay here.
