Stayed here with two kids in a 2bd apartment. Resort is a little run down bt clean and tidy. A block from the beach. Pool was much smaller that the web photos made it look which was dissapointing and there were very few chairs or umbrellas around the pool. Walking distance into town. Ok value for a mid range hotel.

Some one in the group booked it on airbnb. Nice place, nice pool, friendly front desk, town shuttle pick up right across the street, 5 min walk to 4 mile beach, 10-15 min walk to main shopping and restaurants as well as the marina. Buuut.. no wifi, no towel service, no extra toilet paper, no elevators, would rather have stayed...

We booked the Reef Club based on the price, location and the look of the swimming pool. Our family spent a 9 day holiday at the reef and the location suited us as 4 mile beach is just a short walking distance and the main town centre is only just up the road .We found the staff very welcoming and...

Me and my partner enjoyed a 10 day stay at The Reef Club, we stayed in unit 56 (3rd level) and it was lovely. The garden around the pool area gave it a nice feel and felt relaxing. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the location of the dryer/washing machine, however luckily enough we didn't have to use it...

Just spent 9 days at the Reef Club and from the moment we booked we were very happy with the service from booking online to our welcoming reception on arrival, we received all the info about the resort given great directions and a tip for a 1st night place to eat, then we got to our room, fantastic just like...

No lift! Limited reception hours. Pool towels cost $2 each so if you arrive after hours you do not have a towel to use at the pool. No face washer, shower in bath tub, could not regulate the shower temperature & got scalded one night! Only the half flush on the toilet worked. No table or chairs inside-out on the...

Nice little apartment in a small complex. Lovely pool set amongst gorgeous trees and flowers. Helpful Reception staff. Short walk to 4 mule beach and bus stop opposite for trip into town. Great for visiting the Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree Rainforest.

Nice Mediterranean style hotel with convenient location. 2 bedroom suites good for families and are quite airy and spacious. On site basement parking very useful. Note that reception only operates during business hours as this is a small complex. Only downside was crappy wifi reception in the room. Come on guys invest in a better antenna!

When we arrived we were given our room keys and pointed in the direction of our room which was located in tower two and room number 31.  As soon as we opened the door to our room a very strong odor hit us with such a force we both instantly got headaches, upon investigation we found a plug in fragrance...

Ok it,s not a 10 star resort, but we booked a 2 bedroom unit and was at a great price. The unit had all you needed and it was not far from town. Staff were great when ever we needed something. Would stay there again.
