This hotel is delightful, walking distance to the downtown restaurants and shops, and across a quiet street from four mile beach, which was very visible through the trees from our balcony. There is a lovely outdoor pool area where a full, delicious breakfast buffet is available every morning. We booked our sightseeing trips right at the hotel, and the staff...

Admittedly, we splurged on this stay, the most expensive of all our choices in Australia (a month long visit from the US), but it was worth every penny. We loved our suite on the second floor on the ocean side - private, breezy - just great! The staff was so helpful - we booked our Daintree and Outer Reef tours...

We stayed between Christmas and New Year 2014, what a great place to relax, unwind and explore Far North Queensland. Our suite was well appointed, clean and enough space for two. The view from the Suite was terrific, we had a room on the 3rd floor and our balcony had railings, so a view of the ocean from the spa...

This boutique hotel is simply beautiful. I escaped to Port Douglas for the weekend and my stay at this hotel was simply breathtaking. The rooms are spacious, well designed and the decor is lovely. The bathroom is also luxurious. They have great facilities and also my stay included a buffet breakfast. It is quite expensive at $400 a night but...

We arrived towards the end of our trip in Australia and were really pleased with this hotel. The welcome is very good and informative. The staff are lovely, friendly and unique personalities, a perfect match for the Port Douglas vibe. We were shown our room which had two huge open views of the beach. These are on the balcony at...

We stayed for one week after Christmas and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The staff were welcoming and very friendly, always happy to help. The rooms were clean and well appointed, plus we had the additional feature of a balcony that overlooked the beautiful four mile beach. The location was ideal being close to the main street in...

Superb location, lovely room and view, and the staff could not have been more helpful. We arrived somewhat jaded at Cairns at 4.30am and the hotel shuttle was welcome and worked like clockwork. We needed help with Great Barrier Reef excursions and various local tasks and again the hotel staff were excellent. Not the cheapest hotel in town, but if...

Unlike the very odd negative review from someone who stayed here the same time as us we had a great time . I wonder if they were even in the same hotel,as us? We also were on the Ocean front room 17 the only noise we could hear over 5 days were the birds and the sea . Our room...

Clean tidy frendly and far exceeded the service that was expected. I would like to say that they assisted in resolving an issue with a local tour but that would be dissonest. They fully resolved an issue with a local tour and arranged an amazing alternative within a few minuites. They just took away all the worries. The local knowladge...
