Found the staff so very friendly and helpful. Great location with a cafe next door for breakfast. Sadly spa was under repair but hey s..t happens. Lots of restaurant's and bars near by for dinner and live music.
Outdoor area was very private with a garden surrounds. Would have loved a city / bridge view but am very happy with the stay. Will book again !!!!

We recently stayed with my Sister and kids. There were 7 of us in total and adequately accomdated everyone.
However, I was not impressed with cleaniness of apartment. The floors were filithy had foot marks all over the tiles. On departing informed reception of same . Manager quoted that "footmarks were due to walking on tiles before sealer had drie"d!! Sorry not good enough!! The shutters, shower and carpet in main bedroom and sliding door to loungeroom was also filithy!!! Was not impressed!!!
Overall we had a nice stay with family but the apartment needs to clean up its act if you want more people to stay at apartments!!
yours sincerely,

Fiona

Stayed in apartment 3015 for my birthday weekend with 5 other family members. Would definitely stay again and had a great time.

Positives:
Beds and pillows were very comfortable and had a good nights sleep every night.
Good storage.
Great laundry and kitchen facilities with even a Nutri bullet available.
Wifi available for $10 per night, which was good quality as I needed to study and others were able to be on at the same time with no trouble.
Good sized TV with Foxtel.
Our view was brilliant and the balcony was a perfect spot to enjoy it.
Nearby restaurants and convenience stores, also a free ferry to cross the river comes at quarter past and quarter too the hour with two stops within walking distance, we found Holman to be closest. Friendly lady at reception who is glad to help with all of this.

Negatives/recommendations:
Didn't have an accessible PowerPoint in the bedroom.
Knobs to open the windows in the bedroom were broken and kept falling off when you opened them.
Main bathroom shower was squishy for my siblings but I didn't have a problem with it being smaller. There is also no fan in the bathroom so it gets very hot.
Dishwasher smelt bad when you opened it.
Place was really clean besides dusty living and dining surfaces.

Ambiguous marketing, unit advertised as water view. Got water glimpse. Bed in main bedroom was horrendous. Appeared to be some new el cheapo base that rocked and squeaked with the slightest of movement with a mattress out what could have been the 90's. When our guest in the 2nd bedroom left we moved in and slept on the twin beds for the best sleep of our stay. Towelling getting thin as well. I know they are privately owned so would be a nightmare for managers, having owners who don't maybe don't care.

The room was not clean, the tiles were greasy, the mirrors smeared, there were cockroaches and one of the rooms smelt like stale urine. The beds were very uncomfortable. Just do not book here, as when we complained to reception about the state of cleanliness, they sent the cleaning crew in who did clean up the dead cockroaches, but didn’t change the greasy tiles, smeared mirrors or smell.

Stayed for 4 nights, same towels for 4 days, there was blood stains on the pillow, mould around the taps, the drains stank, ice cube tray was broken and my friend cut her finger on it. Not to mention the toilet seat broke when I kneeled on it to get a tissue. Very loud at night time. Also no numbers to call reception. Very bad for children as there is no stickers on the glass doors. So they can run straight into them. And it was disgusting that there was hair left in the drain if the shower, cleaners need to lift there game. Horrible place.

Booked to stay at Bridgewater Terraces and looked forward to our visit. The views of the river are magnificent and this was the main, and as it turned out, the ONLY attraction.

Initially the room looked OK until we discovered that it appeared not to have been cleaned! The old cooker was filthy and had to be scrubbed before we could use it. None of the cutlery or dishes were from same sets. The windows may have been wiped, but with a greasy rag. Having completed our own clean we sat down on a badly worn, sagging sofa which had stains and grease marks all over it. If that wasn't bad enough, the shower screen came off its rusty rails and there were many loose surrounding tiles.

When the tumbler drier gave up, so did we and we checked out!

Such a pity, Well manicured gardens and a fantastic location but the apartment interior was old and tattered and from our experience, very little effective management. Just to put the boot in, wifi is NOT free and is horrendously expensive.

Stay here at your peril!!

We have just finished our stay of 5 nights here & couldn't have been happier.
Our family of 5 (2 x adults, 2 x children & 1x infant) were delighted when we arrived to see that we had been upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment (which made our lives so much easier) but I will never forget that view! Simply spectacular!
It is a short walk to the free ferry service which meant that we didn't pay for public transport the whole time we were there.
What was truly amazing was that despite the fantastic city location, it was so quiet & peaceful.
The pool & spa were well received by my family also.
Would recommend to families!

On our first family holiday we wanted an apartment so we had a bit more space and this property came up in our search and at first we thought it was too good to be true. The price was amazing per night! We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 nights and have found it to be a wonderfully quiet property. Views of the story bridge from our bedroom balcony and views over the river from the lounge balcony. The rooms were a good size, the main had a big walk in robe and ensuite with the second room having built ins and a second bathroom just steps away with a shower and separate bath (great for kids). The property also had undercover locked parking which was free so an added bonus as most of the other hotels we found charge around $20 a day for this. The location to the city is quite good but having our car made it a lot easier as its not really walking distance to the mall. The hotel also has a large pool on site and there is a nice pub and convenience store just a short 2 min walk away. One of the only downsides was that there was no lift so carting bags and kids up a couple of flights of stairs can be a bit of a pain. All in all though we were very happy with our stay.

Fantastic location, rooms pretty tired..these are residential apartments not hotel!!.if you are going to rent these apartments consider doing lots of research as to how to get around from Kangaroo point have all your train and ferry details clear before you arrive that is if you are checking in outside of their reception times. There needs to be all this info in the rooms,as Kangaroo point location is fantastic once you suss out the transportation side.We used the hotel reception up the road for maps etc as reception was closed by 7pm Friday not open when we left at 7.30am Saturday for the day.Wayne fantastic he made what was a problem,no luggage storage facility avail if you check out on a Sunday morning and have a night flight the receptionist tells you there is nowhere to store luggage..! the receptionist actually said book something else!!Ask for Wayne. He came up with a solution to keep bags at the bottom of the exit stairs..they were unsecured but at least we did not have to drag them around Brisbane for the day. Thanks Wayne! It really is a beautiful location and I would stay in the area again.
