Here on holiday with husband, his brother and wife. We each have our own apartment. The reception was closed when we arrived and we had some trouble following their directions. We are in 2 different buildings and because of their security we are unable to get from our apartment to theirs. We should be able to phone them but our...

We had an apartment bigger than an average terrace house in UK. Even with a fully equipped utility room very latge terrace and living space. Wonderfull views, great location. Pool is shallowish was no instructions for jacuzzi, but the atmosphere is very relaxing (children might get blisters on stones) Book directly please! We got a giant apartment for the price...

Wonderful hosts and a good location. Had a couple of glitches in that we couldn't work the TV which was annoying as we were looking forward to catching up on some Australian television after living overseas. Also had no internet much to our 14yo sons disgust plus a door that wouldn't lock. All of these things were fixed up as...

Shabby, dated apartments. Greedy, as willing to charge money, but not bother to keep clean and fresh. Reception very unhelpful when we had an issue. They sorted it out eventually after we said we were leaving to find somewhere else. Shame as we have stayed there several times before, but now they have lost our custom. We will miss the...

Arrived on Sunday outside of reception hours and used the courtesy phone outside of reception to enquire as to what to do - got an extremely helpful girl who gave us the safe pin number for the key safe right in front of us and everything we needed to know was included in the envelope - Excellent and organised. We...

This was a great find, right in the heart of Brisbane and easily accessible by road this accommodation was perfect as a base for us during our stay. Just a 5 min walk to the free ferry to almost anywhere a tourist could want to see with great views of the story bridge too We had plenty of room, the...

We stayed here for 3 nights on our way down to Sydney after staying at a Private house rental in Noosa.where we were spoiled. We were given a refurbished apartment as requested prior to our visit and we're pleased with the facilities and location. The staff were very helpful and their local knowledge was superb. We found the accommodation was...

Stayed in apartment 3015 for my birthday weekend with 5 other family members. Would definitely stay again and had a great time. Positives: Beds and pillows were very comfortable and had a good nights sleep every night. Good storage. Great laundry and kitchen facilities with even a Nutri bullet available. Wifi available for $10 per night, which was good quality...

Stayed here for just 4 nights in April. Bridgewater Terraces is truly set in a beautiful location by the river across from the central business district. The apartment was plenty big enough for our family of four with river and bridge views and seemed to be well equipped for self catering although we only used the bare essentials for tea...
