The service in the hotel was great at check in and from the concierge. The room was large an clean but in need of an update - especially the bathroom. The service for dinner in the restaurant was slow and on the expensive side. We only ate there once although we stayed in the hotel for three nights.

Love the hotel. I have stayed there the last two weeks. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel great. Restaurant fabulous. I was visiting my Mum in hospital at The Mater so the proximity to the freeway and the hospital was great.

Great place to stay with large capacity of rooms. I have stayed here a couple of times now for business and the staff are always welcoming, the rooms always fresh and the bed very comfortable. They have numerous place to eat including a new rooftop area

Stayed as part of a conference. Put into a very ordinary and dated room on the 9th Floor - seemingly upper floors have been refurbished. I do a lot of travelling and this hotel did not meet my expectations. The room was nice enough however the bathroom needed renovating and the shower was over the bath.
